não fizeram a reserva
bom dia, estive na pousada pensando que houve a confirmação exata da pousada e ao chegar a dona pousada criz nos informou que não tinha reserva para mim.( daniele de vasconcelos pinon), eu mostrei o email de confirmação do expedia e eles nao liberaram. tive que procurar outro lugar para ficar por conta própria.

Hotel muito fraco, preço bem caro para o que oferecem. Ficamos 2 diárias e não houve limpeza no quarto!! Banheiro péssimo, ar condicionado mal funciona. O ponto positivo é a atenção dos funcionarios e a localização que fica em frente ao mar.

No geral a experiência foi boa. O café da manhã é muito fraco, me foi negado um copo de água. O colchão é muito desconfortável e o quarto é muito barulhento, nem com o ar e o frigobar desligados o barulho cessava, apesar da rua e a vizinhança ser bem silenciosa. A piscina é boa, apesar de não ser aquecida. Os funcionários são bem prestativos e educados exceto os da cozinha.

Muito satisfeita. O hotel tem uma varanda com uma rede dos Deuses para relaxar sob a brisa que vem do mar. O café da manhã, de frente para o mar, é perfeito para iniciar o dia!
