"O serviço de limpeza do quarto foi péssimo. Após a primeira noite, solicitamos a limpeza do quarto pela manhã e só foram nos atender por volta das 19h, após 3 pedidos. E foi uma limpeza muito mal feita, apenas arrumaram as camas e trocaram o tapete do banheiro e toalhas. Não lavaram o banheiro, não tiraram o lixo, nem sequer repuseram o papel higiênico, que inclusive acabou logo em seguida. O hotel em si é mto bom, mas essa questão deixou mto mto a desejar. Nem mesmo em hoteis mais simples e baratos que já nos hospedamos, vimos um serviço de quarto assim tão ruim."
