Location is wonderful. Staff is friendly. Has two pool indoor and outdoor. Work out room. The internet on the tv was slow. Tv/remote was slow as well. They need to update internet speeds.

The property is very quiet and safe, plus everything is very close. Good to have a dog too, so many parks in the neighborhood. I like the smart TV to connect to my Netflix account easily. Friendly hotel employees, give them 5 stars!

Requires Urgent attention from who is in charge
We checked into the hotel and found our room to have poor mattresses. The sink had no hot water and the shower had no cold water. The shower head was shooting needles. We complained and asked for another room. We were informed that the hotel is fully booked and there was no room available. We had a 10 night booking and asked to check out early. We were informed that we could do so after the second night, which we did with the assurance that we would be charged only for 2 nights. Upon following up with Hotels.com, we are now being informed that this is not possible. It is a completely unacceptable situation and needs to be rectified immediately.

pools were too small and only 3-4 ft deep; outdooor pool was dirty, there were used napkins floating at the botttom, I guess from adults drinking/eating close to it; room reserved and paid for was not available!! we were given a different room with less beds which was very inconvinient to accomodate our teenagers in; we paid for our own parking and there's no valet available, which is surprising for a 4 star hotel; Breakfast not included. Overall the apperance of hotel is pretty.
