Apartment at the foot of the slopes in winter and on the Arcs golf course in summer. View on the slopes and needle thrush, in a 4-star luxury residence. Apartment with a very large spacious bedroom with a double bed and a TV. Living room with sofa bed 2 90x180 beds, flat screen TV, dining room, kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with large bath, large terrace. Departure and return on skis; the apartment is located on the same floor and next to the ski locker and the lift. Free public outdoor parking. Personalized bed linen and cleaning included.
FREE access to the heated swimming pool, the gym, the spa with hammam, sauna, treatments and massages.
Reception in the residence, rest area with tv, children's corner for early arrivals and late departures; opportunities to shower before departure, if long day of skiing. The apartment is very suitable for the reception of young children, because all the rooms are very spacious.

Make sure you take photos of the apartment when you leave
When you book the place, you will be emailed a 100-item inventory check list. That should have made us suspicious but we were naive thinking it is just a formality. The next morning after the check-out I received an angry email from the owner accusing us of stealing 3 frying pans, a table runner, a vase and a deco-penguin! Sounds ridiculous but the owner believes someone who just paid for a week of stay would steal used frying pans. I'm not sure what happened on the other side and what went wrong but when we vacated the apartment all "missing" items were there. I'm writing this review 2 weeks after the incident happened and I have not heard from the owner ever since. My refundable damage deposit has not been returned and the owner is not getting back to my requests. The apartment itself is good, as described in the listing here. It is located in the Chantel area of Arc 1800 which we found to be a better location than the main 1800 villages. You can use the swimming pool, sauna and gym. There is a restaurant, a shop and a ski rental in the same building. The how to get there instructions are poor, you will have a hard time finding the place.

Appartement très cosy et confortable au Rez de chaussée. Au calme. Proche des pistes et de la station des arcs 1800 via le Dahu. Appartement conforme à l’annonce et aux photos. Bonne communication avec la propriétaire et arrivée rapide avec une boîte à clé sécurisée. La piscine, le sauna et le hammam de la résidence sont top .

Wonderful appartment in Chatel Residence
Chantel Residence is very well situated on the slopes. Ski In / Ski Out (ok snowconditions make preferable to walk 50m :-) ) Pool & Sauna, Hamman & Sports equipement in the residence are fully available and in very good conditions. The appartement is well equiped in classic mountain style with Victoria and Bess personal touchpoints. .. and 7 days of ski with a cloud ... made it a perfect holiday

Des vacances parfaites
L’appartement est très bien aménagé avec tous l’équipement nécessaire. La localisation est bien pour ceux qui veulent passer le temps en tranquillité, mais l’utilisation de remontée Dahu pour descendre / monter est en peu annotant. La propriétaire est réactive en réponse et à nous donné une information complete de notre séjour. Il y a, néanmoins, des choses à noter: la zone SPA et séparée des chambres alors il fallait sortir dehors et entrer encore pour y accéder. La piscine est petite et bruyante, les cabines de SPA sont petites et pas nombreux (que quatre dont une est en panne). C’était notre quatrième séjour aux Arcs 1800 tout à passé au top!

Très bon séjour
Appartement idéalement situé, bien équipé, et avec une déco personnalisée. Communication avec le propriétaire très facile. Seul petit bémol s’il faut en trouver, nous n’avons jamais réussi à valider le ticket de sortie pour le parking et avons été obligé de payer 70€, une petite procédure plus claire nous aurait peut-être évité de désagrément.

Séjour très agréable à Arc 1800
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement qui bénéficie des infrastructures de la résidence Pierre et Vacances (piscine, spa, sauna, hammam). Il est bien situé, dans une residence très calme, au pied des pistes, et a quelques mètres d'un loueur de ski. A noter que l'accès peut être compliqué depuis la station Arc 1800 lorsqu'on y arrive, et tard le soir (après 23h), quand le téléphérique n'est plus en service et qu'il faut remonter via les pistes. On y retournerait avec plaisir !

Très bel endroit, cosy, très bien décoré
Appartement parfait pour profiter pleinement des activités de montagne, jouent décoré, congortable, terrasse très agréable et ensoleillée toute la matinée. Juste les basics de la cuisine manquaient (éponge, sel, poivre, huile et une poêle en bon etat). Excellent séjour, vivifiant, dans un cadre de toute beauté face au Mt Blanc.
