Everything is brand new! This custom-built home has just been built in Spring 2020 and is the ideal vacation rental. Whether you're coming for a golf weekend, family vacation or just need some time to unwind, this is the spot.

You'll fall in love with the breathtaking Lake Michigan views from the 2nd floor living, dining and open kitchen. There's a large deck off the side for outdoor entertainment as well.

AMENITIES: central air, laundry, custom gas fireplace, outdoor deck area with seating and large gas grill, and bicycles available. Two large living room smart TV's with WIFI included (no cable). * Please note WIFI is via local satellite company and is not incredibly high-speed or reliable. Works well for streaming TV and emailing, but not ideal for video calling or other intensive use.

This home does have exterior cameras for security purposes. Please contact us if that is an issue.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave, ice-maker toaster and blender. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: Home is perfectly located next to the popular Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club, with amazing sunset views of Lake Michigan. Arcadia is a quaint small town with most shopping and restaurants found north 15-20 minutes in Frankfort or south 15-20 minutes to Manistee. Only about 45 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City.

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.

For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.

Above expectations!!!!!

We came up to Arcadia for a family vacation with our son’s girlfriend’s parents. Our son proposed on one of the area’s beautiful quiet beaches!!!!! This home was everything it was described as and more!!!!!! AMAZING view, pics don’t do it justice. We enjoyed watching the resident deer meander through the yard! Beautiful spacious home with top notch amenities. We will likely be making it an annual retreat!!!

Very pleasant property!

This property might appear a little plain from the outside, but the inside is a relaxing, modern sanctuary. The view is beautiful, the floor plan is nice and open, and the decor is tranquil with modern colors and no clutter. The kitchen is well appointed. I had a few questions during the stay (e.g. is there recycling, how to operate the fireplace, etc,). The property manager answered within minutes. The beds are comfortable, and there were extra towels. The checkout process was very easy. Overall a great stay, and I hope to rent this property again.

My family of 7 stayed here last week. House is spacious and very clean. The view of the lake through the trees on the deck is amazing. We hit up a few local downtowns that were close. Plenty of activities in the area. 5 star would definitely stay here again.

The house was tucked away in a nice quiet area. We loved the size of the home. It allowed the whole family to be together without being on top of each other. The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Enjoyed the quiet; a nice relaxing respite from city living.

Absolutely Perfect!

The glass beer mugs ready and waiting for a guys golf trip to Arcadia put smiles on many faces. The location, the amenities, the extra touches to make the stay more convenient added to an amazing extended weekend. Although we did not need 2 of the 4 nights with the minimum 4 night stay, this location provided all of us the opportunity to be together and was a much better price point than staying in the cottages. An absolutely we will book again. Everything was fantastic.

Love this House!

This was our second trip to this house. It’s perfect for our family. It’s very clean and homey with lots of space. The location is great too. It’s on a hill and has a great view of Lake Michigan sunsets. Sadly, it rained most of the weekend. But we had some great sunsets last year and look forward to coming back next year. Thanks for the great time!

Amazing stay in Arcadia, MI

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The property is still in new condition with all the essentials you could ask for in a vacation home. The view of Lake Michigan from the deck, living area and master bedroom were amazing! Very clean, spacious, great communication, clear instructions for everything from Wi-Fi to garbage pick-up. We can’t wait to return next year! Best vacation rental for us thus far!

Fantastic property!

Great property and experience! Location was perfect - right across the street from Arcadia Bluffs. The only challenge was spotty internet and cell phone service but that was not specific to this property - it seemed to be a challenge for the entire area. Would rebook for sure!

Great house with a few issues

The house was beautiful & very clean with an amazing view! The pictures actually don't do the house justice and the view of the lake is closer in person than the pictures show. There were a couple of issues...one being the water and ice were not working properly on the refrigerator and the wifi could be better as it did go out at one point and the TV would buffer at times. Overall a great place to stay and if the few problems get fixed it would be perfect!

5 Star Property, 1 Star Management Company

Property is great. Very convenient and adjacent to Arcadia Bluffs. Place is in great condition. Has a view of Lake Michigan. The management company is not good. This comment comes from a VRBO lister who has two 4.9 Star properties with hundreds of reviews. The management company believes the customer is always wrong. The property lacks cable or satellite. There are no soaps or shampoos. The WIFI is extremely slow. The management company will not allow a 4 Night Stay, only a 5 Night Minimum. When addressing any issues, you get treated like a number, not a high paying customer. 5 Star Property. One Star Management company.

Beautiful New House

We booked this house for a family vacation with six adults and four children and it was perfect. The listing says it sleeps 10 but only lists the four bedrooms so we found that the fifth bed was a sleeper sofa on the ground floor, which worked for us. The beach is about a 5 minute drive into the town of Arcadia and it was very nice (bring your water shoes because the walk into the water has many stones/rocks - but the lake was beautiful and clear). The kitchen is well stocked with new appliances and cooking utensils while the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper. The views from inside and the deck were spectacular!

Amazing Arcadia, MI Area Property!

This property was terrific for our family vacation in the Arcadia area! The accommodations were wonderful, including the kitchen having necessary pots, utensils, etc. to prepare family meals. Nearby lakes for kayaking and close beach access to Lake Michigan. Great location for visits to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor and Frankfort. Highly recommend!

Nice weekend get away.

Beautiful home and very well supplied. Only one problem, asked to check in early and was told cleaning crew needed time to clean due to covid. It looked like it had been some time since the previous guest had been there. The patio furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. There was a old cigar on the deck. So much for covid cleaning protocol.
