Right in town with easy access to everything Arcata, this two-bedroom 1 bath plus a sofa that converts to a queen size bed, our craftsman apartment is smack-dab in the heart of it all. Remodeled in the early 2000’s, the house showcases an eclectic mix of styles and is fully stocked to ensure that you have a comfortable stay. It has a large fully fenced beautiful shared yard space with a propane fire pit to keep you warm on the cool Arcata evenings. Your stay also includes our gift voucher with exclusive discounts to our partnered local businesses.


***Details to note when booking... VRBO does not cover us under their insurance policy due to the third party platform we use. For this reason, at time of booking, you will see there is a "$500 damage deposit to be paid at property." This is just a hold charge on your credit card that starts on the day of your arrival and is then released within 2 days after your departure and covers our property in the case of extensive damage.

Adorable property centrally located to all things Arcata. Easy walk to the plaza. Very convenient! King bed mattress is very soft and the queen mattress is slightly firmer. Fully stocked kitchen and great back patio for morning coffee! We’ll be back!

Lovely cottage that accommodated my family of five perfectly. Walking distance to restaurants, drug store, grocery’s, bars, farmers market, minor league baseball and so much more.
