We had reserved two rooms weeks in advance with one of them being an accessible room. Upon arrival we were told they only had one accessible room and it was already occupied, very upsetting and then to be put on an upper floor very far from the entrance was just an inconvenience all together especially when you are traveling with an elderly parent.

It was a Monday that my daughter and I stayed and all night it sounded like someone was jiggling the handle to our room. It was noisy and seemed like a lot of banging and stomping. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. We just didn't feel real safe.

Great stay!! Staff are amazing!! Internet was down so couldn't check-in. The young lady took my name and number to check-in over the phone. When we returned that evening, the gentleman at the desk had my keys ready. He offered his assistance multiple times, and informed us of breakfast times. Superb stay!!!!

Great service.
Check in service was awesome. The man that helped us was super nice and made sure we knew breakfast times, WiFi, and that if we needed anything to let them know. Room was clean (a little cramped due to all the in room amenities). Wasn’t really an issue since only stayed one night.

I love everything about this area...only thing new I would like to see is...as much as I come here..get some kind of deals or credit...every so often...being I try and come one week out of every month..but other then that...these people are very good to their customers....

Prince should be the face of the company. He remembers the guests and always paying attention to who walks in the door. I was happy to come back again, I even had a coworker also stay there and she agrees- its a great place to stay

The worker's at the front desk, house keeper's and kitchen are always so sweet... I will only go to this one here in Ardmore and me and my family come here once a month just to relax and get away... So we didn't just catch them on a good day....They are always so sweet to customers..... And will help with anything if possible!! Very good people who work here!! Thank y'all for being so kind...
