THE TVS DID NOT WORK. WE ASKED TO HAVE THEM FIXED AND THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT. THEY ASKED US TO CHANGE ROOM AT 11 AND SOME US WERE IN BED. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

Check in person was rude and gad what appeared to be, her child running around the lobby. We had already prepaid for the room and arrived 30 min early for check in and she refused stating she would have to run the credit card. Wouldn't listen to us that room was already paid for.
