We had to call the number to "check in". There is no clear direction. The first room was flooded, they did put us in a second room that wasnt flooded reluctantly. The first room you have to walk on the roof to get to it. Great view but the property really needs to be maintained. Another guest had to show us to our room as there is no office or workers on site.

Not what I was expecting from the pictures. Great view is all I can say. Place is in poor conditions, no lobby to check in or any direction who to contact. We were lucky that owner was in the property at the time when we arrived.

Localizacion prime, justo frente al mar, playa no apta para bañistas. Vista espectacular El lugar esta bajo remodelación. No habían instrucciones para check in. Nos atendio uno de los constructores y el llamo a Angel para que le diera mi numero de habitación. La habitación estaba limpia y presentable. La habitación también estaba en proceso de remodelación, el baño no tenia puerta solo una cortina de ventana y eso fue muy inconveniente. La pared que divide el baño estaba hecha con gypsum board y sin terminar. Yo personalmente no pude disfrutar de la piscina la tarde del check in ya que literalmente los empleados de construcción estaban ahi recogiendo y lavando un vehiculo justo frente a la piscina. No tuvimos nada de privacidad y el check in fue sabado a las 4pm y ellos estuvieron alli hasta que atardeció. Luego de estar en el balcon de la habitacion, todo el que llegaba venia a preguntarnos sobre el check in. Entiendo que falta comunicación. Por lo demás la vista es espectacular, el area es centrica y Conveniente y definitivamente cuando terminen de remodelar tendran un buen spot. El lugar no tiene letreros de nombre por tal razon deben de utilizar google maps para llegar.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, with the owner being very hands-on and attentive. The pool was spotless, and the room was exceptionally clean. The ocean view from my room and the large deck was absolutely mesmerizing. Highly recommend!

The location and view are amazing. But if you stay here you are just going to have to decide you are glamping in paradise. We couldn't get ahold of anyone to access our room for hours after check in and when we did it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. Then they lost the key to the room so we couldn't go in until 8:30 pm and there were no towels. Finally, we got some but they dont provide soap. The room was literally under construction with drywall and studs and no bathroom door. The shower handle fell off as soon as it was touched. There were two refrigerators, one didn't work at all one was basically a cooler. There were bugs. The jacuzzi outside didn’t heat in the least. Basically, except for the pool, the property is not maintained at all. But its on a beach, the view is pretty and the beds are comfortable enough. So again, if you can frame it as glamping its fine. Otherwise, probably not.

Is not a hotel, no sign, limited parking, no front desk, just a normal pool and front beach. Septic odor around the property. No security. When I found my room other people are inside. They just close the door and nobody answer. I call many time to the phone number of the property and nobody answer. Terrible experience.

Not worth the money you save.
This property is barely habitable. The pictures are deceiving. You will save in comparison to other places but it’s not worth it. To start, our stay started with having to call to have our lock repaired because it was missing a screw and would not lock. Night 3 we came back to our entire room flooded with an inch of water. Everything was soaked. Then we came back to a missing shower head and could not use the shower that day. With all that being said, the property manager will communicate with you and is very nice. He offered us a room to sleep in and to wash any clothes that were wet because of the flood. Unfortunately that does not make up for disrepair you have to deal with. The view from the deck is beautiful as long as you don’t get a splinter or impale yourself on the walk over. So if you’re looking for communication, this is the place for your. If you’re looking to enjoy your stay in Puerto Rico, look elsewhere.

There is no reception desk. You get there and wonder how to proceed. There was a mix up in our room and had to occupy another room. Gladys came to our rescue. We got an “upgrade” with the lovely view - but the master bed was awful. The next day, we got moved and the mgmt. did major upgrade to their “vip” suite ! Clean and non-lumpy beds s/b the top priority in hotel mgmt. ( I am giving a 3 to say -there is room for improvement which Carlos is now trying to address!!)

The place has tons of potential, but it desperately needs some love. Water pressure is terrible, internet doesn't work, open electrical boxes, shower curtain rod falls down, etc. The pool and hot tub were super-convenient. The scenery is gorgeous. Beautiful ocean right down the stairs. It's 5 minutes from Cueva del Indio. The owner stopped by a few times. I dunno. If you want a bougie hotel room, this is not the place! But it was clean and honest and basically serves the purpose.
