The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by many small houses. Here you can relax well and spend some pleasant vacation moments. The house has a nice interior terrace where the pool is located. On warm days you can relax here by the pool and enjoy the pleasant temperatures. Another terrace on the top floor of the house offers a great view of the mountains.

The cottage is located in the town of Fornes, very close to a reservoir where you can experience different activities depending on the season. In addition, the house is very close to the natural park of the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama. You can take exciting routes through nature on the surrounding hiking trails.

You can reach the house by a road that is not asphalted. The access to the village as well as to the house is through a somewhat narrow regional road with beautiful scenery.
