This beautiful holiday home 'Casa Joro' is located in the middle of untouched nature in a small urbanization at an altitude of 400 meters, near the authentic white village of Arenas and the coast . Several terraces with fantastic views of the natural park and its mountain Maroma. Private pool, barbecue, air conditioning, WIFI, IPTV.

Located an hour's drive from Malaga airport. The villa is within half an hour's drive (12km) from the beach! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and about 7 minutes (4km) by car from Arenas, with a supermarket and a few bars.

The villa has an area of about 130 m2 and a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. On (one of the) terraces, which can be closed off, you will find the illuminated swimming pool (760 x 350 x (105-190)) with easily accessible steps, outdoor shower and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views. On the other terrace, next to the dining table with chairs and parasol, there is a (coal) barbecue. The property is completely fenced and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and has a (covered) parking for several cars.
All rooms in the house have air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are three bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes, two and a half bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. IPTV in the living room. WIFI.

The living room. This has a 3-seater and 2 seater sofa, smart TV, a wood stove, air conditioning and ceiling fans. From the salon there is access to the veranda where there is also a dining table with chairs. From the other side of the salon there is direct access to the panoramic terrace at the back, with large parasol, dining table, sotelne and the fantastic view.

The open kitchen is fully equipped: 4 zones ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, all cooking utensils and sufficient cupboard space. A washing machine is also located here.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom 1 with bath and a spacious modern shower, hair dryer and additional heating.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 3 also has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample fitted wardrobes.
Bathroom 2 has a shower, hair dryer and additional heating.

The necessary linen is provided in each room (sheets, (beach) towels). A baby cot and high chair can be placed on request.
In the garden are several native trees and plants.

All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets.
