This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and about 7 minutes (4km) by car from Arenas, with a supermarket and a few bars.

The villa has an area of about 130 m2 and a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. On (one of the) terraces, which can be closed off, you will find the illuminated swimming pool (760 x 350 x (105-190)) with easily accessible steps, outdoor shower and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views. On the other terrace, next to the dining table with chairs and parasol, there is a (coal) barbecue. The property is completely fenced and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and has a (covered) parking for several cars.
