The JAVAL Villa is a new house located 100 m from the Aérium beach on the basin and 500 m from the Saint Brice lake. Its location is ideal for a family. You will be able to walk to the beaches of the Basin. The town centre of Arès with its shops is 3 km away.
The Villa has 130 sq.m of living space comprising:
a very bright living/dining room with a wood stove for winter evenings, TV and WIFI
an open and fully equipped kitchen
A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a shower room and a toilet
2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed each
a cabin bedroom with a bunk bed for children
a shower room
a separate toilet
a laundry room with a washing machine
Outside you will find:
an uncovered east-facing terrace to have breakfast in the sun
a covered south-west facing terrace
a 3x5m salt-treated and heated swimming pool (from May 1st to October 15th) equipped with an immersed cover for the safety of your children.
a charcoal barbecue
the possibility to park 3 vehicles in the garden.
the property is fully fenced and closed with an automatic gate.
