A really good stay overall, very communicative the entire way and the place had a great kitchen with very close supermarket so I was able to cook a lot of food myself instead of needing to eat out for every meal. It is very close to lots of things to see, even though it is very close to the metro I opted to walk most places.

Property was great but we forget my daughter apple charger in the room and when we ask we were told they did not find it. This was the only down of the place since they did not take responsibility and no one except the hotel had access to our room.

I liked the community and location outside of the centre of the city. Major areas were just a metro ride away. Everything you could possible need was already available in the unit, including a washing machine and a drying rack. Bed was very comfortable! Communication was immediate. Ensured we were able to get in during the black out.

Great Choice in Madrid

The space was a perfect size for the two of us. Located in a non-touristy area with plenty of choices for food, drink and groceries. The kitchen was stocked with enough things to give us a base; extra items available for use (laundry drying form, reusable grocery bag, yoga mats, etc.) The access to the building and room was effortless. We were in Madrid during the blackout and Maria stood at the building the whole time to insure the guests of access and to keep us informed. She also arranged for a taxi service to get us to the airport on time.

Amazing place

This place is fantastic. The location, condition, staff, etc. were all perfect. Due to an emergency, we needed to open the lock on our suitcase, and a hotel employee not only brought tools but also personally helped us. The continuous attention and answers to questions were fabulous. We'll definitely stay here next time in Madrid. Congratulations!

My husband and I just spent 8 days at the Bob W with our 3 children, ages 12, 11, and 9. We loved the apartment; the beds were very comfortable, it was quiet and we had access to a washing machine in the common area and a clothing drying rack in our apartment. The French press and extra coffee were amazing to have every morning. There are many bakeries and restaurants nearby plus local, small markets. We walked miles each day to get to the attractions or tours we were taking and the kids handled 5 to 8 miles of walking each day. Cabify, Uber and FreeNow were all easy taxi services to get the 2 times we wanted them. There is a SantaGloria cafe on the ground floor of this building which made breakfast super easy for the kids when we wanted or an evening pastry and coffee. We’d definitely stay here again!!
