Encore un excellent séjour !
Deuxième fois que nous venons et certainement pas la dernière ! Jean-Louis a le sens de l'accueil et est d'excellents conseils. La maison est idéalement placée pour pouvoir profiter sans retoucher à la voiture.

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Wir haben den Garten sehr genossen. Das Auto kann man stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erledigen- Einkaufen, Restaurants, Strand usw. Vielen Dank,dass wir Gäste sein durften. Wir kommen wieder. Alles Gute bis dahin.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub bei Jean Louis verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Alles sehr zentral (Bus, Einkauf,Strand). Auf das Auto kann man durchaus verzichten, aber nur, wenn man einen reinen Badstrandurlaub verbringen möchte. Wunderschöne Nachbarorte sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub, bei einem sehr netten Vermieter, netten Menschen und in einem wundervollen Urlaubsland. Anke & Matthias

Petite maison agréable et bien placée !!
Jean-Louis, le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Très a l'écoute de ses locataires, il nous a chouchouté. En plus la maison est très bien située, à 200m de la plage et des commerces. Pas besoin de voiture pour les restos, la boulangerie, coiffeur, pharmacie supermarché.....et autres.On peut profiter du petit jardin qui est fermé, bien pratique pour les enfants. Une chose est certaine, on garde précieusement l'adresse pour un retour prochainement. Merci Jean-Louis pour cet agréable séjour!!

Petite maison indépendante en arrière cour calme. Un jardin clos dans lequel notre chienne était en sécurité. Le propriétaire, disponible et discret, habite la maison principale. Accueil chaleureux.

Maisonnette tout confort et très proche des commerces. Plage accessible à pieds, et arrêts de bus à proximité (même si les infos de l'office du tourisme sont parfois un peu compliquées à comprendre). Très bon accueil et bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Discret mais toujours présent en cas de besoin. Merci d'ailleurs pour toutes les petites attentions. Gros plus, pouvoir emmener son chien avec nous. En conclusion, nous avons adoré et nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Location près des plages, restaurants, commerces alimentaires et centre plage. Location avec la climatisation, très appréciable en cette saison. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant et discret. Merci pour le rosé et la bouteille d'eau au frigo à notre arrivé. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances!!

Pour juste profiter d'Argeles et ses environs
Maisonette proche de la plage et animations de plage d'Argeles. Tout se fait à pied (vacances pour la voiture aussi). Jean-Louis est discret et très accueillant. On se sent à l'aise très rapidement ainsi que notre petit chien. Dépaysant, reposant. Bref, Jean-Louis, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. @ conseillé.!

+ proche de plage et des commerces + climatisation adaptée au logement + Location adaptée pour 4 personnes + Cour spacieuse pour les animaux et agréable pour les repas Améliorations à apporter à la location : - à préciser dans l'annonce que la cour est partagée avec le propriétaire, qui reste malgré tout très discret, et les éventuels locataires de la dépendance - vaisselle (couverts, verres, bols...) à adapter au nombre de personnes - couvertures ou plaid à ajouter - propreté du protège matelas et housse de matelas à revoir - deuxième chambre qui fait office de débarras - vérifier que le ménage a été fait par les locataires précédents - aménager l'entrée extérieure pour éviter la poussière - attention à l'armoire qui est mal placée et étagères instables

Nettes Häuschen in der Nähe des Strand
Netter Empfang durch Mr. Bardelli, der in der selben Anlage wohnt. Wir durften jeden Tag frische Zitronen vom Baum vor unserer Tür pflücken. La plancha Grill stand uns zu Verfügung. Wir holten jeden Tag frische Fische vom Fischer. Einziger Nachteil:keine Handtücher, und Bettwäsche bekamen wir auf Anfrage. Alles im allem nettes Häuschen mit großem Garten.

Un accueil chaleureux et un séjour dans le calme et la discrétion de Jean louis. P
La location est en cours de rénovation, il faudrait des cailloux dans la cour pour protéger la maison. Je la recommande vivement. J'espère pouvoir revenir avec la petite dépendance en plus terminé. Nous sommes 2 familles, l'endroit est idéale, plage, marché, ruelles. .... Merci Jean louis.
