Charming and well-equipped 2-room apartment for 4 people of 39 m2, on the 1st line on the seafront, located on the ground floor with a superb view of the sea, close to shops, entertainment and in a quiet area.

A large picture window, sea view, opens onto a beautiful terrace with garden furniture extended by a garden with a total area of 29 m2. A gate gives you safe access directly to the sea at 30 m through a small park.
Ideal location to enjoy the sea and the resort by leaving your car in the private parking available in the residence.

Kitchen open to the living room with sitting area: new ceramic hob, new hood, new dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and pots and pans.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement et dans ce lieu que nous avons découvert. Très bonne situation, au pied de la plage, sans route à traverser pour y accéder. Quartier calme, proche à vélo ou à pied de toutes les commodités et animations. Point de départ idéal pour des balades à vélos sur toutes les pistes cyclables. Mise à disposition d'une cave pour le rangement de nos vélos et place de parking privé attitrée. L'appartement est également parfaitement agencé et équipé avec soin. Pratique et fonctionnel, propreté impeccable, grande pièce à vivre, salle de bain parfaite avec grand espace de douche, belle terrasse... conforme à la description. Sans oublier l'accueil des propriétaires, très sympathiques, disponibles, réactifs et soucieux de vous rendre votre séjour agréable. Qualité prix cet appartement est remarquable et recommandable. Merci, nous y reviendrons certainement !

Logement idéalement situé quand on aime marcher. Petit déjeuner avec le lever du soleil en face. Quoi de mieux pour bien commencer ses journées. L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé. On s’y sent rapidement comme à la maison.

Au calme à 50 m de la mer
Très bel appartement, ultra bien équipé . Terrasse assez grande et bien ombragée sous 2 parasols. Le propriétaire est tout à fait réactif. Le point fort de cet appartement est vraiment l emplacement. A l’écart du tumulte de la ville , au calme ,on peut se reposer ou aller se baigner en 2 minutes.

Hallo zusammen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war erstklassig.Sehr nettes Ehepaar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.Einrichtung auch Top.Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen bei optimalem Wetter dort.Sehr zu empfehlen!!
