Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the air-conditioned house of 142 m2 with swimming pool can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children.
Located 8 km from Uzès and 7 kms from the Pont du Gard, on the edge of a very quiet village, it has a living room and a dining room overlooking the terrace and the garden and d a modern kitchen with access to a covered terrace.
The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are in the second part of the house opening onto the pool.
A 3rd bathroom is installed in the pool house next to the pool.
A large car park is available at the back of the villa.

Beautiful villa with an outstanding pool in a great location.

This is a large, clean spacious villa with everything one needs, the fridge with ice machine was fantastic for us. The quality of furnishings and bedding make for a luxurious stay. The outside space is just wonderful for lounging in the sun or shade, we swam every day, the pool is sparkling and inviting. We visited Le Chardonnay restaurant just across the road twice and had the best meals there. Booking is a must. Unfortunately we were taken ill during our stay and Colette and Mureille were both totally helpful and accommodating allowing us to stay an extra night which helped us immensely. Despite illness we had a wonderful time here.

Jolie maison, très bien située pour visiter les environs (Pont du Gard, Uzès, Nîmes, ...). Rien ne manque dans les équipements, pour toute la famille : lité bébé, cuisine avec des nombreux ustensiles, salle de bain avec rangements, dans les chambres, des armoires entières disponibles. Piscine sécurisée, plusieurs parasols et des transats pour tout le monde. Jardin et terrasse agréables. Seul petit bémol: le débit wifi très faible. Mais c'est un détail en vacances ;-)

Tolles neues Haus mit allem was man braucht, sehr gepflegter Garten, großer Pool. Argilliers ist zwar ein kleiner Ort ohne Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Uzès ist aber sehr nah.

Prachtige vakantiewoning

Het is een prachtige woning die goed onderhouden is. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Voor onze gemoedsrust was het een pluspunt dat het zwembad gedeelte met een poortje kon afgesloten worden, mits we een 1,5 jarige bij hadden. Het is ook de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen. Het restaurant Les Roses Blanches is ook zeker de moeite op te bezoeken, zelfs met 5kids perfect te doen.

Maison fonctionnelle avec tous les equipements nécessaires. Une mention particulière a Mireille qui nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et s'est montrée à l'écoute et disponible pendant notre séjour.

Excellent séjour, maison sublime

Nous avons tout adoré ! La maison, le jardin, la piscine, les environs. La communication avec la propriétaire a été très simple, elle nous a contactés en amont de notre sejour avec toutes les informations utiles. La maison est très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Bon à savoir : la voiture est indispensable pour rejoindre les commerces ; et pour les télétravailleurs : le WiFi n'est pas disponible dans toute la maison. Merci à Colette et Mireille pour leur accueil.

Très belle maison, avec de beaux espaces. Tout est là pour la détente et oublier le quotidien. Les propriétaires nous ont fait confiance en ouvrant leur maison avec leur cœur. Endroit très calme et inspirant à profiter de chaque instant. Proche de tout et des lieux à visiter (ou pas) ainsi que de très bons restaurants à proximité. Nous recommandons l'endroit ;-)

Superbe séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la superbe maison de Colette. TOUT était réuni : le beau temps, la piscine, les activités dans les environs, les commerces et l’équipement de la maison. Chaque famille avait son espace, tout était à disposition pour les petits comme pour les grands. L’accueil par Mireille était très chaleureux et Colette reste disponible également. Une petite attention était présente à notre arrivée. Une précision a connaître : l’accès à la piscine n’est pas sécurisée pour les petits. Ce n’est pas un point négatif c’est juste une information a avoir pour les familles qui viennent séjourner avec des enfants en bas âge. Cependant l’accès peut être bloqué par un transat ou autre mobilier. Nous pourrions tout à fait re louer la maison de Colette à l’avenir. Nous recommandons très fortement ce logement +++

Superbe villa pour 10 personnes très bien équipée avec espace repas abrité à l’extérieur et grande table à l’intérieur Même si nous n’étions que 4 cette maison est idéale pour 2 familles Table de Ping Pong et pool House pour profiter au maximum des extérieurs Merci pour le séjour

Evaluation

Spacieuse maison récente à 2 étages, 4 ch, 2 SDB et cuisine bien agencée et équipée. Piscine (profondeur 1.50m uniforme), mais un seul grand parasol pour 10 personnes, petit jardin peu ombragé. La maison est rafraîchie par le sol (système peu efficace) mais que pour les étages et géré seulement par le propriétaire à partir de chez lui. Très chaud pour les pièces de rdch et séjour. Bémols : Voisinage bruyant en soirée voir tard dans la nuit (fiesta) et beaucoup de guêpes autour de la piscine (2 enfants piqués) et sur la terrasse.

Magnifique maison près d’Avignon

Superbe maison neuve agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. De grands espaces permettant une fluidité au sein de la maison lorsque nous sommes nombreux. Nous avons été parfaitement bien accueillis par Stéphanie, notre contact local, qui nous a partagé les bonnes adresses à voir et faire aux alentours. Une personne vient vérifier la piscine une fois par semaine, ce qui est appréciable. Un séjour parfait !

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Colette avec un couple d'amis. La maison est parfaite pour les petits et grands et très bien équipée y compris pour les bébés. Propreté impeccable. Très bel accueil à notre arrivée (merci Stéphanie !) . Nous recommandons vivement !!
