Rotowai Hills, nestled in the Mokauiti Valley, is situated on a working sheep and beef farm. The Rotowai Hills cottage, perched at the valley’s head, offers stunning vistas and magnificent sunsets. We are located 15 minutes off SH4 and between 45 and 1 hr 15 drive to various attractions such as the Pureora Timber trail, Waitomo Caves, Forgotten World Adventures, Hairy Feet, and Mokau Beach. The famous Fat Pigeon cafe and their sister restaurant the Fat Owl is a 20 minute drive away.
3 bedroom modern cottage with full kitchen equiped with a fridge freezer, microwave and basic cooking utensils. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine how ever capsules are not supplied. A few basic pantry staples are also supplied.
There is a laundry with a washing machine and a washing line for your use.
The cottage is heated via a heat pump in the lounge.
Outside bean bags are provided for you to use and take out on the lawn to enjoy our beautiful view.
We also live on the farm, a few hundred metres down the road so we are available if you need anything or would like to know more about our farm or things to do around the area.
We are happy to interact as little or as much as you like. If you would like us to pop up and introduce our selves and give you a wee rundown on our farm please do not hesitate to let us know.

Paradise in the Country!
What a great experience! If you would like to get away from the hustle and bustle, then this pace is for you! Scenery is amazing and so quiet and peaceful... We had an excellent stay and the host was great! We will be back :)
