Fantastic holiday home in front line and just a few steps from the beach of Porís de Abona. It has been completely refurbished in a modern and minimalist style and has all the comforts to enjoy an unforgettable holiday. The house is accessed through a front terrace of 22m2, furnished with a large dining table, a barbecue and a shower with hot water outside. The property has on the ground floor a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and Smart-TV. The kitchen is integrated, high quality, fully equipped and has a dishwasher. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed each and a bathroom with shower. Particularly remarkable and spectacular is the upper floor with a spacious, air-conditioned bedroom with a 1.50 x 2.00 m bed, from which you can see the sea. There is also a bathroom with shower en suite. Impressive is the terrace with unbeatable views of the Atlantic and the beach. Equipped with 2 sun loungers and an outdoor seating area, it invites to many hours of relaxation and rest. The luxury is undoubtedly determined by the location of the house, as well as its comfort and equipment. A place that also offers the possibility of enjoying the outdoors all year round, given the warm temperatures offered by the south of Tenerife.
It is also an ideal house for families with children, since in front of the house there is a small and quiet park and the access to the beach is through a safe path. Parking is no problem in front of the house in the village square.
A perfect place to enjoy a quiet, southern beach environment that preserves the Canarian seaside atmosphere, far away from the large, overcrowded tourist centres.
The celebration of events and parties is expressly forbidden, as well as the access of people outside the reserve. It is also requested to respect the rest of the neighbours, not making noise after 22.00 h.
