Located away from mass tourism, the finca is the ideal starting point for everyone who wants to design their vacation individually.

The idyllic property is located on a 4000 square meter quiet plot in La Sabinita, a small suburb of Arico Viejo and has a fantastic view of the sea and the mountains. Patio and pool invite you to relax.

Beautiful hiking trails start right outside the front door.

The climbing and bouldering Eldorado Arico is only a few kilometers away.

Small, original beaches can also be reached quickly.

Geocachers will also get their money's worth here.

The house is newly renovated and offers all the comfort you need on vacation: a large terrace to relax, a double bed, a large sofa with sleeping space for 2 more, shower and bathtub, a kitchenette, washing machine, television and WiFi. A barbecue area in the cozy patio and a brine swimming pool are available for common use. A further three studios are rented. The entire property is lovingly created with local plants. Excellent set up and great host.
We rented to see what living off the coast and into the hills would be like. The set up is great, all amenities there were well looked after and we felt we had the place to ourselves even though there were other guests. Very peaceful and night and great for star gazing. We did not use the pool as weather was not hot enough, but we did BBQ a couple of times which was lovely. The log burner was a nice feature but was needed at night. For us a little too remote and we liked to be back before dark as did not fancy driving up to the a accommodation in darkness. Overall we were well looked after by our host and the facilities and set up were excellent. Many thanks Lisa and Jay

Quiet, calm vacation retreat far off the beaten path.
This is a beautiful, well maintained, well equipped retreat property. The property is beautifully laid out with pool, garden and nice views. You'll definitely need a car to get around to and from the property. It's far away from any main attractions and very quiet but if that doesn't bother you then this is the place for you. The only complaint that we would have if that we, who are from southern California, found the lager unit we rented to be a little colder than for our tastes. The owner does have a nice enclosed fireplace that warms up the living area very toasty but it required burning wood all the time you were in the living area, this being January you really couldn't expect the best weather and the bedroom has a small useful heater you can use. . The units are equipped with everything you would need. Overall this is a really wonderful property and you will enjoy your stay there.

Super cosy place with incredible view
Amazing spot with beautifull outdoor space and incredible view. Perfect place to disconnect and chill. The house was very cosy and with my bf we enjoyed a lot to spend the evenings relaxing on the huge sofa in front of the chimney.

If you are looking for somewhere a little out of the way, but with good access to major routes and resorts, this could be your ideal place to stay. A real retreat, away from it all; with great facilities and a pool for a dip at the end of a hot day.

Lovely elevated hillside retreat
A good sized apartment. Excellent furnishing, decoration, condition and equipment. Friendly and helpful hosts. Stunning views down to the coast and across to Gran Canaria on a clear day. Can feel cold when the sun doesn't shine. The wood burner in the living room quickly makes it snug. Overall we were very content with our stay there.

beautiful casita
Thoughtful layout made it feel like we had our own lovely little house with outdoor living space, while sharing the pool with its stunning view over the ocean. The casita was beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for cooking, etc. - it was not only comfortable but aesthetically delightful. The hosts were helpful and welcoming, giving guidance on hikes and places to eat. Be ready for a bit of a drive off the main road up some roads with switchbacks; the benefit is a quiet, peaceful setting and unbelievable stars at night. We loved it!

A well equipped property ideal for getting away from it all
When Pippo met us he said that we were going to “the end of the world”. This place is out of the way but certainly not isolated and if it is the end of the world, the end of the world is rather nifty. A great place to relax, Pippo and Karin are great hosts who respected our privacy. We enjoyed our stay here and it is a great base. All you need for a peaceful relaxing break.

We stayed a week in this property, and we really didn't want to leave. The ambience was so relaxing, the owners Karin and Pippo so nice. The evenings were quite chilly, but it was very cosy inside with the wood burning stove going. We shall definitely return.

Oasis on Tenerife
Our ten day stay at this lovely Casita was a wonderful experience. Karin and Pippo have created an oasis . A truly welcoming place to return to after our daily adventures hiking, exploring this incredibly diverse island. Delightfully romantic. A relaxing, quiet spot with a pool and shady spots. Off the beaten track but within access of beaches (if you want) and the night life of Los Christianos. We would certainly return! We stayed 23 June for one week.

We had a lovely stay staying at your beautiful cottage. The house made a good base for us whilst we did have a hire car which made it easy for us to get around as and when we wanted to. The house was quiet with plenty of relaxing space to sit outside & a wonderful views over to the sea whilst we had you to ask if we had any queries. The house is up a hill with the next village offering bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery & butchers etc. The house was exceptionally clean & well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Thank you for your all care & tips Karin & Pippo. Your english was great & your handwritten maps came in very helpful to get us around. You were very kind & thoughtful too getting in some food for us ready for when we arrived late in the evening & meeting us on arrival to welcome & guide us to the house initially. If you enjoy hiking then there is a wonderful hike through the canyon accessible from the village with the option of a long route or short route. The coast is approx 7 km away & we visited the National Park which is a site not to be missed although it does take a couple of hours to reach centre where the cable car is. I would advise booking online for the cable car as there was a 2.5 hour wait when we visited. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft haben wir vorgefunden und einen sehr angenehmen Gastgeber. Er stand uns immer mit Rat zur Verfügung, gab uns Hinweise und Tipps für Ausflüge. Hier haben wir Ruhe gefunden und konnten unsere Ausflüge rund um die Insel und zum Strand starten. Es ist etwas abgelegen und das ist auch schön so. Hier findet man alles, was man sich bei einen individuellen Urlaub braucht.

Schönste Unterkunft ever
Der Aufenthalt bei Pippo war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Es steht einem einfach alles zur Verfügung (sogar Sachen an die man selbst nicht denken würde)! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist wie auf den Bildern wunderschön genauso wie der Ausblick. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel. Pippo ist ein toller Gastgeber mit dem wir tolle Gespräche hatten. Besonders verliebt haben wir uns in die Katze die uns jeden Tag besucht hat und die Hündin Slay die uns auch immer mal wieder einen Besuch abstattete. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ort zum Erholen und Genießen
Eine sehr schöne Urlaubslocation. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Der Gastgeber war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestaltet. Der Pool und der Poolbereich luden zum Entspannen ein. Hilfreich war, dass der Gastgeber uns zu seinem Domizil geführt hat. Auch wenn die Lage nicht sehr zentral ist, entschädigen die Blicke in die Landschaft und die Ruhe für die etwas umständliche Anfahrt.

Hoch über dem Meer
Wir haben im Februar 2024 - mitten im deutschen Winter - auf La Sabinita wunderschöne, entspannte Tage verbracht. Unsere Ferienwohnung war bestens ausgestattet und im Innen- und Außenbereich mit viel Liebe und Kreativität gestaltet. Die räumliche, farbliche und gärtnerische Anlage der Außenräume sorgt mit unterschiedlichsten Accessoires für eine wunderbare, harmonische Atmosphäre. Aufgrund der Höhenlage von ca. 600 m über dem Meer wird es hier nicht zu warm und die Aussicht vom Poolbereich auf den Atlantik ist spektakulär.

Die Finca Lisa ist eine Oase in der kargen und windigen Landschaft Süd-Ost Teneriffas. Wunderschön angelegt mit Pflanzen, gemütlichen Sitzecken und einem Pool mit Ausblick. Unser Häuschen war sehr schön marokkanisch dekoriert und alles war da, was man gebraucht hat. Außer vielleicht eine Wärmequelle im Bad. Im Wohnzimmer gab es einen Holzofen, um den sich Pippo gut gekümmert hat, wenn was war. Zu unserem Vergnügen hatten wir regelmäßig Besuch von Katze Kitty.

Ein wunderbarer Ort um Ruhe zu finden, ob am Pool mit Blick zum Meer oder in der sehr ansprechenden Anlage mit unterschiedlichen Sitzgelegenheiten inmitten herrrlicher Bepflanzung, alles in allem eine schöne Relaxoase fern ab von Stress und Trubel. Ein Auto ist erforderlich. Pipo ist ein sehr netter, zurückhaltender Host, der doch bei jeder Angelegenheit Ansprechpartner ist.

tolle Unterkunft
Betten super, Küche komplett eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und perfekt renoviert. Man merkt, dass Pippo, der Besitzer als geschickter Handwerker alles immer bestens in Schuss hält. Gute Ausgangslage der FeWo sowohl in den Norden als auch in den Süden der Insel. Anfahrt zum Haus etwas tricky dafür aber tolle Lage am Hang und absolut ruhig. Vom Pool aus herrlicher Blick über das weite Meer bis Gran Canaria. Pippo im Haus nebenan jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist für den Preis wirklich ein Geheimtipp für beste Freunde.

Pippo, der Vermieter, startet sofort mit seinem Fiat 500 über den kurvenreichen Parcours runter ins Dorf, wenn der Mieter andeutet, dass ein Bügeleisen gebraucht wird. Und so ist er immer: hilfsbereit, freundlich und sehr kompetent. Es war auch für uns, die wir schon älter sind, ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf der Finca Lisa mit weitem Blick über den Ozean.
