We stayed 3 nights. The AC broke the first night. There was no sincere effort to fix it - 'just open a window, it cools down' was the response. The mosquitos enjoyed the results. Supposedly a 4 star hotel. Also, very 'chic' linen sheets and pillow slips - which were very scratchy and uncomfortable.

We spent four nights with our family of four. The location in Arles was perfect. Easy parking and less than five minute walk to the hotel. The staff was amazing, especially the evening service staff at the restaurant. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay here helped make our trip to Arles a wonderful experience. Thank you!

The location of the property was a huge bonus. Easily reachable by a short walk from the station, there is also a car park a 2 min walk away. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The property is also within the old town of Arles which is incredibly quaint and old. The restaurant attached has seating indoors and outdoors with food all day.

Comfortable friendly set of rooms above a restaurant a short distance from both the railway station and the historic town centre. Very small room with no space for anything other than the (comfortable) bed, so the advertised four stars must be a bit of a stretch of the definition.
