Property is in a great location with parking onsite and level access (1 step). Great idea having a code for entry instead of key. Lovely kitchen and living area with good natural light.

The apartment was nice enough with modern features except for the bathroom. We were a single couple and this place might be a squeeze for 2 couples to exist. The bathroom was disappointing and let down what was a nice property in a great location.

Great accommodation! Photos accurately reflect the apartment. It was clean, well equipped and in an excellent central location. I chose to ignore the previous extremely negative review and I'm glad I did!

Totally underwhelming
The location of the property is great, you can walk to most places within the city centre of Armidale. There is a lovely park across the road. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. Unfortunately, the photos listed do not portray an accurate representation of the accomodation. This place is tiny! Not suitable for 4 adults for 4 days. And no wonder there are no photos of the bathroom listed, it's old, small and contains the shower, toilet and washing machine all in one. There was no toilet paper, we had to buy our own. The washing machine didn't run cold water, so we couldn't do washing. There were not enough towel rails or hooks to hang 4 towels in the bathroom. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, and you can't open the windows. With the toilet in the same room as the bathroom, makes it hard to get some fresh air! You can't open windows in the bedrooms either, the 2 rooms were stuffy and hot - we had to leave the aircon running most of the time, even then it was still stuffy. For the amount of money we paid, we were all pretty disappointed.

This apartment was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. The beds were very comfy and the apartment overall was spacious and well-located near the centre of Armidale.

Convenient, clean and comfortable unit very close to the CBD
This is a modern unit in a small complex of units and businesses opposite a pretty park and within a quick walk to the CBD. Communication on how to access the unit and parking could have been a bit better. For security reasons, info for the access code was not provided until the day we arrived but we were not told that this was how they operated. We also required instructions on how to use the touch pad as numbers don't appear until you wave your hand over it. They were very helpful when we rang with our questions. Once in, we were very comfortable and enjoyed walking around the local area. There are strong security lights on the building next door so use the blinds at night!

Excellent accommodation.
Excellent accommodation in the heart of Armidale. Some issue with a Sunday book in as agents office is closed. There is a boom gate into the property which we were not told about and we did not know the release was in the apartment on the bench. No phone got through. Anyway once solved, ..,,terrific. Well equipped. Quiet. Good beds. Close to town. Good heating. Will absolutely stay again. One thing HomeAway must address as it is their problem. Not everyone has a mobile phone so sending codes etc by app is useless. Use e mail too. This happened with us in Europe also with HomeAway.

The apartment is very nice and certainly much better than motel rooms for three people! It is very well equipped and is well situated to access restaurants and cafes in Armidale central. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a short to medium stay in central Armidale.
