Located just one block from the CBD it is an easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants with a popular cafe /restaurant conveniently located across the road. It is a short drive to the Armidale Hospital or University of New England. Coolamon consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one an en suite) and will sleep 6. There are separate lounge and dining areas and a modern, spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with up to date appliances including a dishwasher. The lounge room has a TV, a DVD player and stereo. Internet/wifi are available. The wide shaded front veranda is a tempting place to relax after a long day. For evenings and weekends there is a barbeque area in the back garden with seating for 6 or more. There is off street parking, as well as laundry and ironing facilities.
Coolamon is fully equipped with linen and towels supplied. This is a place not to be missed for those seeking a homely central place to stay.
Prices quoted are based on two guests. Charges apply for additional guests. Check in strictly 2.00 pm. Check out strictly 10.00 am. No cot is supplied.
