-Holiday periods are subject to minimum stay requirements. Holiday rates apply to all major holidays and some special event weekends.
-There are locked closets, cabinets and a garage refrigerator that contain the owners’ personal property. These areas are not to be disturbed. These locked areas are inventoried between each rental.
