Lakeside Luxury Sunsets Await! Modern Bridges Bay Condo with 6 waterpark passes

Welcome to your favorite family vacation destination with beautiful views of lake Okoboji and amazing sunsets! Whether you are looking to rent for a weekend, week or longer, you will not run out of things to do! Start by parking in our underground climate-controlled garage and use the elevator to bring your gear up to the condo. Our newly updated condo in the Newport Bridge building boasts almost 1500 ft.² of living space, with all the conveniences of home. The condo has three bedrooms including a master with king bed, a second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with full-size bunk beds. We have room to sleep 8 comfortably, two bathrooms stocked with bath towels and washcloths, full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils and appliances to cook your own meals. The living room is very comfortable and has an electric fireplace to enjoy as you wind down at the end of the day. Our over-sized deck has a great view of East Lake that you will enjoy as you are using the grill or having a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker in the morning! Additionally, it is equipped with a fire table for staying cozy on a cool evening. There is also a common area a short walk from the condo where you can sit by a fire pit and enjoy views of the lake.

Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. (Open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekends.) The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy! During the summer months the indoor pool is open daily and there’s a big outdoor pool with a swim-up bar. There is also a private condo pool next to our building that you are able to view from the oversized deck making it convenient to see family members who may be using it!

Coming to the area to go boating or fishing? East and West Okoboji lakes have fantastic fishing opportunities, from walleye to panfish! There is even scuba diving in the lake! There is also boat trailer parking and a boat ramp near the condo and an option to rent a boat slip from Bridges Bay. https://bridgesbayresort.com/amenities/boat-hoist-rentals/

There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance on the Bridges Bay property. Bracco (http://braccorestaurant.com/bracco/okoboji/ ) often has live music in the summer and an outdoor firepit area to enjoy while looking over the lake. There are also plenty of additional eating options within a short drive from the condo.

Great space for our stay during a wedding weekend.
Very clean. Loved the porch and table fire! Parking wasn’t a problem, we found the garage right away but didn’t need it. Pool was empty, couldn’t find the hot tub, didn’t matter, sitting on the porch watching the lake was awesome! The mattress in the master wasn’t in the best shape. Make sure you bring bath soap, and shampoo.You will need kitchen staples, salt/pepper, sugar, but there was coffee! I would recommend bottled water, and store bought ice… Fridge probably just needs new filters. All in all for our little party it was all we needed! (In fairness, I did not reach out to the hosts as it was such a brief stay and super early season ). Everything we wanted to do or see or eat or drink was within 10 minutes! Thank y’all so much!

Family fun at Okoboji
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Newport Bridge. The instructions given by the guest were concise and made accessing the VRBO simple and easy upon arrival. The condo was very clean, the furniture was tasteful and great quality. We have stayed many places with our family and this is likely the best place we have stayed. Oh! And the view from the balcony was SO peaceful. Sitting out there in the mornings and evenings cannot be beat. We came to Okoboji a little early to the season but we still found plenty to do. I also recommend Kurio Kastle for anyone that has kids, to go and paint some pottery to take home as a souvenir.

This condo was prefect for our ice fishing weekend. The condo location was prefect; nice views of the lake and walking distance to the water park. Our group of kids loved the indoor water time and arcade. We drove about one minute to ice fish, but if the weather was colder we could have set off from the parking lot! The building was clean and quiet with friendly neighbors. The condo was up to date, clean and well laid out. We will be back for boating season!

The place was very clean and well maintained. Easy to get in and out of the building. Very quiet and with nice furnishing's. It was a little confusing about how to get the passes for the water park. Also the water park was extremely busy, with very limited hours during the off season. Great communication with the owners. Had no need to contact them for anything. I would definitely use their services again.

Girls Weekend
We decided to start our first annual girls getaway at the Lakes area. The condo was beautiful inside and out. We spent a good share of time on the deck. seating area with fireplace was perfect later at night and the patio table and chairs perfect for meals. The underground parking garage and elevator were priceless with 2 people who would have had difficulty with steps. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a getaway.
