Firstly, the in room coffee did not include any whitener. So I couldn't have a quiet morning coffee without first getting dressed and making my way to the lobby to steal it from the coffee station there. Secondly, the breakfast options offered were pathetic. 2 flavours of muffins, 2 flavours of juice boxes and coffee. Much less than I would expect when paying $176/night.

Dirty floor
The room looked clean . If you walked from the bathroom to the other end of the room your feet were dirty . The floor itself I don’t think it had been washed in 4 to 5 days. I would say that the floor was cleaned with a dust pad but that would not have removed the dirt from the floor.

Expedia failed to post that the restaurant/bar was closed and apparently has been for almost a year. This was a major concern as it was one of main reasons for booking at this hotel.

Overall our stay went well, however the night we stayed, there was no hot water left to wash hands properly or have a shower, by morning it was fine, but after driving for close to 14 hours a hot shower would have been nice

Quality inn was very dirty. Not clean it. All the rooms were very uncomfy. I ended up switching hotels to the Best Western in Pembroke... Would not recommend that hotel to anybody

Stuck in the past
I was there with my girlfriend and my 91 year old mother. They had given my mother a room on the second floor , but there is no elevator in this hotel , so there was no way for her to get to her room. They were nice enough to change her room, but i have never been in a hotel that does not have an elevator. The heating and air conditioning units date back to the 60's or 70's . Loud machines that are not temperature controlled. All in all this hotel needs a very large renovation to bring it into the 21st century
