Property was decent enough and was in a good location for our needs. Major issue was the customer service was terrible. No one available at front desk during our entire stay. Had to call to get keys out of lock box on arrival or to get any other type of service. Person on other end was overly rude and completely unhelpful. Other guests we talked to had even worse experiences with customer service. As the location was good might consider staying there again but only if no other option is available.

the shower was leaking and beds was rock hard settee was hard to sit on there is a lot of misarable people and ignorant nobody on reception a lot of the time there is no information about the area

Just amazing
Family of 4, we’ve stayed 4 nights. It was cheap, good location, just 8 min drive from a nice beach (Las Galletas), 16 min drive to South Airport, two little supermarkets nearby. We had ocean view, a little swimming pool inside the complex but it’s closing in the afternoon (weirdly around 4pm), but clean and enjoyable. It took us 1 min to check inn. We would definitely go back. Nice experience

There was no manager/receptionist to meet me on arrival despite information saying the reception was open until 23hrs - I never saw the reception staff over my ten day stay! Very clean excellent cleaning staff. Difficult parking especially late in the evening. Very thin walls and floors - quite noisy at times.

Je n'y remettrais jamais les pieds. Nous sommes arrivés le 2 la réception était fermée. On ne peut même pas rentrer dans l'établissement. Un numéro de téléphone est disponible, nous avons appelé pendant près d'une heure. Au bout d'une heure une personne m'a enfin répondu pour me dire que ma réservation ne commençait que le lendemain. Il a fallu un tas d'explications et de preuve à l'appui pour prouver que ma réservation était bien pour le deux....nous avons enfin trouver nos clefs à l'exterieur dans une boite à clefs. L'appartement est hors d'age ! les prises electriques sont plus que dangeureuses, les lits sont petits, il manquait dans la salle de bain un spot, peu de lumière. Le canapé lit soit disant lit est hors d'age, si vous mesurez plus d1M70 vos pieds dépasseront lors de vos nuit, nous avons acheté un matelas de secours pour que notre fils puisse y dormir convenablement. Le 7 une femme de ménage tape à la porte et nous demande de partir parce qu'apparement notre réservation était dépassée....Il a fallu prouver une fois de plus que nous avions réservé jusqu'au 9...Une blague !!!!!!! plusieurs couples se sont retrouvés dans la même situation et on été obligé de trouver un autre hotel...Cet hotel est une vaste blague...Les points positifs sont la piscine,et l'environnement...Le reste est à fuir, je ne parle même pas du bruit des autres chambres ni des gars qui fument leur haschich sur les balcons et qui vous emepestent...Bref une fois pas deux
