Beautiful modern style apartment just renovated with the highest quality materials.

Inserted in a green context, the 5000sqm residential complex welcomes you with its tree-lined avenues, flower-filled courtyards, 2 newly renovated swimming pools and fountains inserted in the greenery.

The apartment, on the first floor accessible by a flight of stairs, is 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower on the ground, WC and bidet. The living room with dining room and equipped kitchenette. overlooking the balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning.
A spiral staircase leads to the 60 m2 private solarium where you can sunbathe or have an aperitif at sunset.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom plus a room with two single beds which can be joined together. In the living room, a corner sofa bed can easily be transformed into a double bed.
The contemporary style kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for preparing meals. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, juicer, toaster are some of the appliances supplied.

The dining room overlooks the balcony from where you can admire the sunset.

What a lovely place
The apartment was exactly as pictured…modern, clean and well decorated. The grounds around the complex were beautiful and well presented and the pool was spotless and lovely. Communication between us and the owner was great with lots of helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

Well equipped and clean apartment on a lovely complex which is well maintained and secure. Anthea kept in regular contact and resolved most of the issues. Only concern was that the lock on the patio door on the right hand side was not working and although reported on our first day was not repaired during our stay and this was a concern for us to leave our money and travel documents in the apartment.

A wonderful 10 days in property. Anthea was extremely helpful with a couple of problems and they were resolved very quickly. Would definately recommend this apartment. The bonus was the private solarium.

A family getaway in Costa del Silencio
Clean, comfy with everything we needed, the flat was a great place to stay. We alternated days by the pool, with days going for walks. The heated pool was a massive bonus. A v good Italian restaurant in close walking distance.

Fantastic stay...
Nothing but good things to say about this superb property. Well equipped and furnished, clean and well located in a very nice complex. The rooftop terrace was a favourite place to spend time!!! Great pools. All sorts of restaurants, grocery stores and amenities within walking distance. Stay was made even better by my wonderful hosts Anthea and Paolo, who went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable first visit to Tenerife 💕... Next door neighbours Joe and Andrea (and Terry and Anne) were also a great source of local knowledge and advice... Thank you to all ... If I return to Tenerife, I know where I want to go... LOL

This is a fabulous apartment in a lovely quiet complex made even better with the private roof terrace. Paolo was very easy and friendly to deal with and both he and Andrea very accomodating. We would certainly return here and have no issue recommending Paolo's apartment

A superb place
We stayed here 22.03.19 to 30.03.19 and have to say it was wonderful. The apartment is beautifully furnished. Nice sized balcony for dining on too. It gets the sun from late morning for the rest of the day. The sun terrace is wonderful. It is private and gets tge sun from sun up until sundown. We spent a lot of time on here. The complex is outstanding, very clean and the pool is beautiful. The owner, Paolo, met us on arrival and showed us round. The village itself is very quiet but has some superb restaurants and bars only a short walk from the apartment, as are a number of supermarkets. The surrounding scenery is truly stunnung, having a rugged coastline. Easy access poibts down ti tge ocean and plenty of places to snorkel, and we did. We go to Tenerife twice a year and would say this has been the best place we have stayed yet. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. We will most definitely be back. We spent 3 weeks in Paolo and Anthea’s apartment in January. The apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was in a nice complex with good security. The pool looked lovely, but unfortunately it was too cool to swim. Paolo was very helpful with the minor issues that arose during our stay and these were quickly resolved. We spent many a pleasant hour up on the sun deck reading and enjoying the spectacular views of Mount Teide.

Beautiful apartment
Bequtiful apartment Very clean and had all the essentials. Loved the shower and the roof top solarium. Paolo and anthea are on hand if there are any problems or just want to know about the area. The complex is very secure and nice and quiet in the evening times. Plenty of bars restaurants and shops in the area. Gallates just a short walk to harbour and beaches, which is bursting with shops and bistros. The Bus service very easy to use to get further afield and very cheap. We paid €2 to get to costa adeje. We will be back in the future was a lovely break before baby is born. Thank you for having us 😀

The pictures and discription are very accurate.
I stayed at the apartment with my two children in August, the apartment was plenty big enough with all the things you need to make your stay pleasant, the dishwasher was great. Anthea and Paolo where very helpful and awnsered question ask giving good advice on were to eat with clear directions. I would without hesitation recommend the apartment, The only thing I would say is you would need a car to get out and about and see the sites and beaches, whilst there are some places to eat within walking distance I found i had to drive to most.

Comfortable and well equipped apartment in lovely location
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and well equipped apartment. The complex is quiet and well maintained and we found the other residents and holidaymakers very friendly. The pool provided a lovely place to swim and there were always free sunbeds. There are shops nearby, plus some good restaurants (Totem and La Penca Tinta, our favourite). Las Galletas is an easy walk away, and we really enjoyed visiting El Medano by bus. Anthea and Paolo were always very prompt in replying to queries and we had no problems at all. Paolo ran our airport transfers very efficiently and was a welcome sight when arriving after midnight following a nightmare 10.5 hour flight out from Gatwick - thanks EasyJet! We will definitely consider staying here again should we return to Tenerife.

Clean apartment and complex but disappointing area
The complex was clean and quiet, the apartment was also very clean and acceptably appointed. Had there been 6 people the comfortable seating would not have been suitable. We were disappointed as we had reserved a 6 berth apartment for two of us and when I told the owner our daughter and grandaughter were joining us for 5 nights we had to pay an extra £120.00 The owners were helpful and attentive and when we had trouble with the TV channels it was sorted as soon as they could. We reserved the apartment for three weeks, no-one came in to clean and the bed linen was just dropped off by the door each week. When on holiday I don't expect me or my wife to have to clean. If the owners had rented the apartment weekly they would have had to clean it between guests.

Fantastic apartment with helpful hosts
We had 2 weeks in this wonderfully appointed apartment. the owner met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and equipment and was happy for us to contact him if needed (we didn't) We particularly enjoyed the solarium and the quietness of the complex. However it was easy to get the bus to surroundings towns and villages. Great apartment with fantastic facilities.

Beautiful apartment in nice quiet complex
We have recently stayed here and I have to say that the apartment was lovely, really beautifully finished and very well equipped. The only thing lacking was air con but Tenerife does provide a nice breeze most of the time. Anthea and Paolo were a delight to deal with, always responding to questions almost immediately, they were fantastic with their directions and instructions and were there to meet us at the property to show us around. The area is quiet but is within easy reach of everything you would need, our particular favourite was Los Cristianos, which is lovely. I would recommend a car so that you can explore at your leisure. The local supermarkets supply everything you need and they are within walking distance. The pool was lovely, but you do have to get up early in high season to get yourself a sunbed. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment, it's so very comfortable (and the shower is amazing)! Happy days! Thanks Paolo and Anthea. Nicky, Marc and Ollie

Nett, aber stark verbesserungswürdig
Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert, auch Check-out. Leider waren Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Ofen und Fußboden sehr schmutzig. Geruch von Kloake auf Balkon und im Badezimmer, Fenster liessen sich teilweise nicht verriegeln. Poolzeiten leider eingeschränkt. Am Pool sollte man beim Musikhören Kopfhörer tragen, um andere nicht zu stören, aber von den Balkonen und Terrassen der Nachbarn kamen schon ab 8 Uhr morgens bis dann abends laute Geräusche vom Fernsehen und Radio. Erholung sieht anders aus. Gesamte Anlage, gerade im Bereich des Pools, macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck.

It was very good. We explored the island with a car from this base. The landlady was caring had very good suggestions. We could relax by the pool and on the private terrace. We had all we needed. The complex has beautiful plants.
