Absolutely wonderful stay at Postresidenz am See. It was great to see the new hotel having stayed in there in the late 80’s. The interiors are beautiful, our family suite was gorgeous with the most stunning lake views. Location is excellent you can practically ski/board to the door of the hotel. We can’t put into words the standard of the food it was a taste explosion ever single evening and the most beautifully presented food we’ve ever eaten with great children’s options too. Breakfast again was fantastic with lots of choice. The spa is wonderful to relax after a long day on the slopes We will definitely be back and booking again for next year!

Wir verbrachten kürzlich einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und waren grösstenteils beeindruckt. Die Ausstattung, das Design, der Spa-Bereich, das Frühstück und die Lage waren allesamt erstklassig und definitiv empfehlenswert. Allerdings trübte ein Vorfall unseren Gesamteindruck. An einem Tag wurde der Spa-Bereich von Kindern regelrecht "überfallen", obwohl nach 14 Uhr keine Kinder erlaubt waren und eine Nacktpflicht galt. Trotz mehrmaliger Aufforderung, die Regelverstösse anzusprechen, stiessen wir auf wenig Bereitschaft seitens des Personals. Die Antwort, dass das Management informiert sei und nichts mehr unternommen werden könne, enttäuschte uns besonders, da uns bei der Ankunft ausdrücklich auf die Regeln hingewiesen wurde. Es scheint, als sei das Team noch nicht optimal eingespielt, und es herrschte Unklarheit darüber, wer für die Durchsetzung der Regeln verantwortlich ist. Insgesamt bleibt das Hotel empfehlenswert, jedoch sollte man möglicherweise nicht darauf setzen, nach einem anstrengenden Tag auf der Piste im Spa vollständige Ruhe zu finden.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und an top Lage. Da es erst vor kurzem eröffnet hat, sind auch die Zimmer und ganze Hotelanlage in top Zustand und alles neu. Die Mitarbeiter waren grundsätzlich nett und hilfsbereit. Man merkte jedoch schnell, dass das Team noch nicht eingespielt ist. Wenn man irgendetwas fragte, musste es immer zuerst an drei weiteren Stellen abgeklärt werden und am Ende bekam man nicht immer eine Antwort. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren zum Teil wohl so in ihre Arbeit vertieft, dass keine Begrüssung erfolgte, wenn man guten Morgen/Abend gesagt hat. Das fand ich schade! Das wichtigste aber betrifft hier den SPA Bereich. Das SPA war ein ausschlaggebender Punkt, warum wir uns für das Hotel entschieden hatten. Wir wurden bei Anreise auch informiert, dass Kinder nur bis 14.00 Uhr erlaubt sind und dann gilt textilfreie-Zone ohne Kinder. Leider leider war dem nicht so!!!! Es war voll mit Kinder die schrien oder sich im Pool lautstark eine Wasserschlacht lieferten. Wir haben uns direkt bei der Dame die die Handtücher auffüllte beschwert, diese musste es aber wieder abklären und am Ende hiess es dann, ihre Vorgesetzte sei nicht im Haus. Das Hotel hat sicher grosses Potenzial aber es braucht wohl noch etwas Zeit.

Our family had an absolutely fantastic 3-day stay at Postresidenz am See from December 24th to 26th, 2023. Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary, with every detail falling perfectly into place to create a truly remarkable visit. The hotel itself was brand new, and our room was not only spacious but also exuded a rustic yet elegant charm, showcasing high-quality craftsmanship. The views were simply breathtaking - a frozen lake, snow-capped mountains, and impeccable service at our fingertips. The hotel's central location in the village, situated very close to the railway station and other conveniences, added to the overall convenience of our stay. The management team was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always eager to hear our feedback and cater to our preferences. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was an exquisite experience, offering a wide array of sophisticated and delicious dishes. After a day filled with outdoor adventures, the spa became our sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Postresidenz am See for creating such lasting memories. Special thanks go to the management team for their exceptional hospitality.
