This is a nice hotel in a great location with great reasonably priced food. But having stayed 11 months ago I’d say service levels have slipped and the overall feel is less of a luxury experience than before which is a shame given the quality of the property and setting

Everything is just perfect and made for stays where you can stay inside the hotel without the need of getting out. The hotel, the staff and the food are amazing.

O Hotel é bom, mas na verdade tem mais cara de uma pousada, meu principal ponto é a respeito do café da manhã, para um hotel de 2400 a diária, deixa muito a desejar frente a outros hoteis de luxo nessa faixa de preço, parece mais aqueles cafés da manhã de hotel de rede ( IBIS, Holiday Inn ), cafés todos de máquina no próprio buffet sem opções de café gelado, ovos benedict... dentre outros itens padrões em hotéis de alto nível.

Tudo ótimo, o único problema foi o chuveiro do meu quarto que não estava esquentando ou demorava muito tempo para esquentar. Reclamei na portaria eles resolveram mas depois o problema voltou. Nos quartos dos meus irmãos não tinha esse problema. E falta aquecimento na piscina , apesar do mar ser quente , a piscina é gelada nessa época do ano.
