The situation is magnificent at 100 meters from the most fashionable area of Arrecife, the Paseo del Charco de San Gines, but without the hustle and bustle of bars and restaurants. It is also 100 meters from the main shopping street and pedestrian area of Arrecife (C / León y Castillo) and 200 meters from the historic city center, the church and San Ginés Square.
