A beautiful place to stay. Beautiful staff from cleaners to receptionists. Staff so helpful, friendly and professional. I have to say my overall experience was superb. So clean and so close to taxi's, bus station, shops and beach.

Friendly, clean and comfortable hostel. It doesnt have A/C and you would have to sleep with the windows open that may be loud at times during the night other than that, great value hostel

This is a very clean & comfortable hostel. I've stayed here several times, the staff are welcoming & personable. A good base for a few days away or for stopovers when exploring the various islands.

Friendly staff, extremely clean venue but with wafer thin walls ! Ear plugs are an absolute must. Some suggestions: The kitchen is tiny. It would be good to have a hob, paper towels, tea towels, and a dish washer. Dishes are washed and left to drip dry. Due to hygiene reasons, it would be better to have a small dishwasher. It would be nice to a soap holder. I did not see any instructions on the door in the event of a fire. It is important to have this information. Otherwise, it is a superb place of stay.

The room was clean, towels changed every couple weeks. Bedding also changed regularly. Close to beach, restaurants, supermarkets. Staff friendly but do not speak much English. The walls very thin lots of noise from neighbouring rooms and also from passers by which can make sleeping difficult. TV only has Spanish channels

Large comfortable room with ensuite. Very good value for money. Close to the town of Costa Teguise and Arrecife commercial port for shipping purposes.A few shipping /handling agencies have offices close to the keys there.

A lovely little residencia offering simplicity, comfort & cleanliness on a budget. Very convenient for beach, promenade, shops, restaurants, bus stations or taxi rank to get to other places in the area. Staff are always very pleasant & accommodating.

Stayed for 4 nights in double room. Hotel is in good location in Arrecife centre, close to the beach. Whole experience was great, from check in till check out. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was nice and clean, there is communal kitchen with microwave and kettle and the fridge for everyone to use, dinning table's, also washer and dryer. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this little hotel many times before & never been disappointed with the greeting at reception, the contact with other staff, the cleanliness & comfort of my room, & the overall appearance & upkeep of the property. For basic accommodation at a very reasonable price, it is excellent.

Lovely hotel, clean, in a good area. However, very noisy, domestic staff were in early slamming doors, dragging furniture, talking loudly. Other residents were also complaining about this but it continued. Very difficult to get a good sleep here.
