Amazing penthouse with high quality finishes located in the most central area of Arrecife. It is close to the old town, the Charco de San Ginés and the shopping streets.
The whole house is bathed by natural light that enters through the doors that lead to the wonderful terrace. The house is designed to spend so much time inside, enjoying the careful decoration, as outside, enjoying the wonderful Sun we have in the Canary Islands.
It was completed in February 2018. New!
Both the living room and the two main bedrooms overlook the outdoor terrace, without a doubt, the main protagonist of the house. One of my favorite spaces of the apartment. In the living room there is a 55-inch Samsung television, with 4K resolution and SmartTV. There is satellite decoder with open channels from different European countries (English, German, Belgian, French, ...). There are also Spanish DTT channels, some of which broadcast some content in English, selecting the language on television. The television is connected to the internet and has access to applications such as YouTube or NetFlix.
Are you coming back on an excursion and are you looking forward to sharing your photos with friends? No problem, there is free WiFi throughout the house.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped. There is a fridge with freezer, induction hob with three fires, oven and microwave. Also, there are small appliances such as toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has everything you need, including quality kitchen utensils and dishes.

What do we provide to all our guests? We always provide the basics: toilet paper, kitchen paper, water, beer, some fresh fruit, salt, pepper, tea, other species, olive oil, cleaning products, detergent and fabric softener. In addition, you will have white bath towels, white hand towels, beach towels and clean bedding. Clean bed and bath linens are provided weekly at the request of the client at no additional cost.
Where do I park? Parking is available in the same building for those who come with a rental car. Really, the car is not necessary to move around Arrecife because all the points of interest are less than 5 minutes walking. Contact in advance if you need to reserve a parking space.
There is a large avenue by the sea that runs from the coast of Arrecife and that reaches Puerto del Carmen without interruption. Ideal for lovers of walks. To tour the rest of the island, you can hire excursions or rent a car for specific days.
There is an elevator in the building. The house is suitable for the elderly and children. If you need a cot or a baby chair, request it in advance.
For large groups we offer the possibility of booking more apartments in the same building. The apartments have a maximum capacity from 2 people to 8 people.
