Within 10- 15kms a wide selection of beaches can be reached by car. Villa Es Mirador is a truly special property, located in the idyllic countryside of Arta, providing breathtaking rural views. The surrounding natural vegetation meaning that the villa offers to its guests peace and total privacy.
The inside of this villa is stylish and spacious (measurning around 160 sqm) and has been beautifully finished making wide use of wood and local stone, carefully mixed with modern amenities and details.
The ground floor is spacious and open plan, kitchen/dining área, lounge/dining área.
The lounge is full of natural light (large floor-to-ceiling windows) and is equipped with comfortable sofas, satellite TV (free channels only),WiFi Internet, DVD player and dining area.
The large, modern kitchen (with dining table) is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Kitchen features are full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
Also on the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom with shower (as well as an extra WC available on the same floor).
On the upper floor the master bedroom suite is located (accessed via an imposing tiled staircase), and is a true delight.
