A few meters from the main historical buildings of Artà and with a wonderful and spacious courtyard, this charming traditional house welcomes 9 guests.
This beautiful house, full of character, offers a spectacular inner courtyard full of plants and beautiful corners where you can sit down, relax and forget about everyday life. It also has a large table where you can enjoy delicious meals and dinners al fresco or even enjoy a delicious barbecue with your loved ones. Being in the centre of the village, the property has direct neighbours.

The 3-storey house offers a modern style full of traditional details that make it a unique and cosy place. The spacious living room, equipped with Smart TV, satellite channels and books, is perfect for long evenings. The beautiful dining room is ideal for enjoying unforgettable meals with your companions. The modern kitchen is independent and offers everything you need to cook your favourite dishes. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. A bathroom with bathtub completes the ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floors, where you will find the bedrooms and the rest of the bathrooms, as well as two spacious living rooms that you can use at your convenience. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with a fan. One of them has a double bed, while the rest have two single beds each. On this floor you will also find three bathrooms with shower, two of them en-suite and one independent. Finally, on the first floor is the last bedroom, which has a fan, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. We can provide you with a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

This property is located in the upper part of Artà, a charming village which has preserved its medieval air over the centuries. It is next to the town hall and offers wonderful views of the beautiful Puig de Sant Salvador. In Artà you can go shopping at the street market on Tuesdays, visit the church with panoramic views over the village or enjoy a nice dinner in the main street. The house is about 15 minutes drive from the coast where you will find many beautiful beaches like Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla or Cala Torta, a natural beach with only one restaurant. In Artà there are supermarkets, banks, bars and all the necessary services for an independent stay.
