This cute, newly renovated home is walking distance to multiple restaurants, a large park, performing arts center, park and public library. Situated on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood, it is ideal for a short or long stay here in town! The home has a full kitchen and space for your pup. Just minutes from FLETC or the Artesia General Hospital, it is a one hour's drive to attractions like Carlsbad Caverns or two hours to White Sands National Park.

Dedicated work space and desk in the living room so you can keep work/life boundaries strong. Use the Smart TV to stream your favorite online entertainment by logging in to your own accounts or watch traditional TV programs.
