Located on the peninsula of Rhuys, between Gulf of Morbihan and Atlantic Ocean,
this rental is ideal for your family vacation.
It is located in a quiet area a few hundred meters from the bustle of the port of Crouesty, but still accessible on foot, in a residence consisting of small buildings of one floor. Parking is common.
The duplex apartment is located on the 1st floor.
It consists of an entrance with cupboard, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a living room with BZ 140 cm and a kitchen, and a open mezzanine with a 140 cm bed.

I’m afraid that the property was dirty on arrival. The space did not look as if it had been used for some time. The windows only opened with some effort and were unclean. The small balcony is in a poor condition and you would not want to sit out there. There was an additional charge for cleaning which we did not note in the terms which was our fault. However this increased from 35E to 65E with the email with directions. There is an extra charge for towels and sheets. Again this was stated in the terms but no figures given. The charges were confirmed on arrival as 22E and 10E per person. With the cleaning charge this added a considerable portion of the fee paid. We chose not to stay.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et n’avons fait qu’y dormir Appartement correct et en très bon état L'annonce est incomplète. Elle ne précise pas les frais supplémentaires de linge et de ménage qui représentent 30% supplémentaires du prix annoncé. Et nous n'en avons eu connaissance qu'APRES avoir réservé et payé, sans possibilité d’annuler.

Appartement au calme, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce. Très bien situé entre la plage et le port. Je vous conseille de visiter le cairn du petit mont à quelques centaines de mètres de l'appartement.
