初めて利用しました。 ビジネスホテルの一室という感じです。 駐車場もすぐ近くなので、荷物の移動も簡単でした。 室内はエアコン、空気清浄機、テレビ、バストイレ、シャンプーやリンス、ボディソープ、タオルは装備。部屋着、歯ブラシ、クシなどはフロントから。 フロントで確認してカードキーをいただいた後はチェックイン、チェックアウトもカードキーを操作し確認するだけで簡単便利。 暖かい飲み物はフロントサービスのみなので、朝のお茶やコーヒーはスタック粉末を持参するか、フロントまで行っていただいてくることになります。 折りたたみテーブルや折りたたみ椅子も貸し出し可能。 敷地内禁煙でしたので喫煙所があったと思いますが。 場所的には近くにカインズさんやAEONモールさんもあり便利だと思います。 災害時にすぐに駆けつけられるコンテナハウスだと思いますので、下は牽引用の治具とタイヤが見えました。

JR総武本線 旭駅から徒歩で10分ほど。電車の旅でも利用できます。食べる場所は、ちょっと歩かないとないので、事前に買い出しをしておくと良さそうです。ホテルからは、1食分として「皿いらず冷凍食品」、ドリップ型コーヒー、紅茶(atフロント)が提供されます。

8/13夜に家族で宿泊しました。 子供（小学生）分のタオルが準備されてなく、追加料金を要求されました。事前に連絡もらえていれば、用意していましが、何ら情報が共有されないまま、追加料金を要求されても困ります。 あと、対応したスタッフの態度が最悪です。 接客態度がなっていません。私以外のお客様とも話しましたが、言葉使いなど癇に障る、との同意見でした。接客でなく掃除などの仕事への変更を勧めます。
