"We enjoyed the Onsen and the apple juice given on check in the town is really small and nothing was open or there was nothing to walk to I would suggest that the hotel have some north american items on the menu that they can prepare for North Americans "

"The rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Ibsen was well equipped and clean. I liked the indoor and outdoor options. Food was amazing. I would recommend adding the half board to your reservation. Transportation to station and ski resort was seamless. "

"Very close to the side lift which made it very convenient. Still close enough to the main lift for purchasing ski passes and where the rentals are. Facilities are old but not bad. Onsen was clean but the outdoor area is a bit small (if there are more than 3 people). Parking is tight but available if you can get your car up the small hill and the counter can help you reserve a taxi which is super helpful. The receptionists all had good English too. "
