Clean modern hotel in a great location.
Clean modern rooms and great location in the city as it is close to the JR station and restaurants. Friendly staff. I would’ve given the hotel a 5, but the parking wasn’t included and we had to park either across the hotel outside (¥800/day) or in a parkade next to the hotel (¥1000/day). And if you want to enter/exit the parking lots more than once, then it is ¥2000/day. I also wish that we were allowed to use the welcome drinks area before 3pm. It is only allowed in the evening.

Stayed 3 nights. Great location one block from Asahikawa train station and tourist information center. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Hotel staff was very professional. The only con is there's only two elevators and eleven floors. I would stay again though.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. We had some problem with our car rental and the hotel staff were very helpful. The hotel is also very near to the train station , restaurants and Aeon mall. Highly recommend
