We are repeat guests and lime to stay there as it is very central. Staff is very welcoming and helpful and restaurant is good as well.

Comfortable Hotel, great location.
Very nice hotel, comfortable and clean, room 5 is very private, it is a bit hard to find, number is not very obvious, I would not recommend that room for handicapped people, there is a flight of stairs from the outside. The location is great, boat ramps right out front and bus within easy walking distance. Breakfast at Hotel Piazza is good and the people at reception are helpful and friendly.

Simple and clean hotel in a fantastic location.
We had a good stay at Casa delle Olive in July 2015. The hotel is basic but clean and well located. The breakfast is very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. The only suggestion we would make is that the rooms need to be air conditioned ,it was really hot during our stay and that is quite common in the summer in Ascona. The hotel restaurant was ok , but the food was not spectacular. All in all a good choice in the centre of Ascona.

fRIENDLY AND COMFORTABLE HOTEL
vERY CONVENIENT HOTEL JUST BEHIND THE MAIN STREET SO QUIETER. iT WAS DIFFICULT TO FIND AS YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO OPEN A BARRIER INTO THE PEDESTRIAN AREA. oTHER THAN THIS WE FOUND IT A CLEAN FRIENDLY HOTEL WITH A GOOD BREAKFAST.

Schön renovierte Zimmer. Leider nur bis 10:00 Früstück und alle Personen aus 3 Hotel früstücken am selben Ort. Deshalb sehr voll und Büffet leer da alle zur gleichen Zeit gehen.

Wir hatten dieses Hotel Casa delle Olive über Expedia gebucht. Als wir ankamen, es war schon spät, empfing uns eine Hotelangestellte und sagte uns, dass wir in einem anderen Hotel untergebracht sind. Das wäre notwendig, weil Baumaßnahmen im Hotel Casa delle Olive durchgeführt werden.....es ist überhaupt nicht schön, dass man bei Ankunft über eine Buchungsänderung informiert wird. Das neue Hotel Piazza Ascona wurde von mir hier bewertet, ich das Casa delle Olive.

Zentrumsnah und freundlich
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf Wunsch habe ich ohne Probleme glutenfreies Brot zum Frühstück erhalten. Da wir 3 Nächte gebucht haben hat es noch ein Gratis GA für das ganze Tessin gegeben. :)

Wir haben 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Personal ist freundlich und mehrsprachig. Die Zimmer sind klein (weiss nicht ob andere Zimmer grösser sind), aber für 3 Nächte ausreichend. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Urlaub in Ascona sicher wieder dieses Hotel buchen!

Perfektes Weekend in wunderbarer Umgebung!
Ein einfaches, aber alle Bedürfnisse abdeckendes Zimmer mitten in den Gässchen gleich hinter der Piazza! Die Location könnte nicht besser sein, der Empfang war sehr nett und das Dinner im Ristorante al Pontile fantastisch! Wir kommen wieder!

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Dass die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Was uns aber gar nicht gefallen hat, sind die viel zu harten Betten. Eines war sogar deutlich durchgelegen. Auch dass man einen zur Verfügung gestellten Heizlüfter laufen lassen muss, wenn man über 20 Grad möchte, fanden wir nicht so toll (Lärm).
