Lovely stay great welcome
Overall a very good stay. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. Our room was excellent. We enjoyed the food the beer and the wine! We stayed with our dog and the only thing that could have been better would be to extend the area in which teh dog was allowed. It was rather limited to a cold hard floor area. The real fire was so inviting but we could not get near to it. Perhaps extend the dog area into John's bar?

Just stunning.
Fantastic place. We stayed for one night and enjoyed dinner in the pub. The room was gorgeous, the bathroom was spotless and lovely styling. The bedroom has coffee and a nice selection of tea. Very comfy bed and so homely. Patio doors led to outside where there was a table and 2 chairs and an incredible view. Watching the sunrise over the rolling fields was just stunning. The food for both breakfast and dinner was incredible - there is also a very comprehensive wine list! Would totally recommend and will stay any time we are in the area. Service was faultless, we wanted for nothing! 5*
