A stay at Arras Altitude Adjustment is just what you need to balance and realign the priorities in your life. This east-facing one-bedroom, one-bath condo comes fully equipped with all the comfort of home as well as a downtown skyline view, overlooking the beauty and exuberance of downtown Asheville.

As you walk through the front door, you will be met with an open concept kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the living room. The kitchen, which is perfect for entertaining, features all the amenities you could ask for, including a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. Below the sink you will find an initial stock of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Finish dish rinse, along with trash bags, recycling bags and paper towels. To help give you a taste of Asheville, we’ve stocked your coffee station with a small supply of local coffee and tea from Dynamite Roasting Co and Asheville Tea Company. Arras Altitude Adjustment seats four at the breakfast bar, a multifunctional workspace which can transition to an intimate dining venue. For entertainment, there is a 55” cable TV and 70+ Mbps high speed wi-fi so you can stream your favorite shows. The living room has a two-person sleeper sofa, two swivel barrel-chairs, and a full sliding glass window which opens to let in the fresh Asheville air. Arras Altitude Adjustment invites you to settle in with your favorite morning beverage and watch the sunrise as downtown Asheville comes to life.

Off the living room is a separate bedroom where you will find a comfortable King bed complete with linens, and a 55” cable TV. An additional set of linens for the bed and the sleeper sofa are stored in the bedroom closet along with an extra blanket. Enjoy a good night’s sleep courtesy of the white noise machine next to the bed with a range of relaxing sounds and noise volumes to choose from.

The bathroom, which is located off the bedroom, is where you will find a variety of complimentary amenities including shampoo and conditioner, lotion, hand soap, cotton balls and swabs, hair dryer, towels, facial tissue, and toilet paper. The toilet room is closed off from the rest of the bathroom allowing for extra privacy. Also located off the bathroom is a stacked washer and dryer including an initial stock of free and clear laundry pods.

Arras Altitude Adjustment is located on the 10th floor of the Arras Building, just an elevator ride away from an array of Asheville’s award-winning breweries and restaurants. Don’t forget to visit the many boutique shops and local artists that truly makes Asheville exceptional during your stay.

Access
After you book your stay in Arras Altitude Adjustment, you will receive a confirmation email and a text message. Our lease agreement will be sent to you separately via Adobe Sign for easy completion. We require this to be signed and returned before we release the access code to the lockbox outside of the condo with the keys. The access code will be texted to you the evening prior to your arrival. These text messages will include a link to our digital guidebook of Asheville and a property guide for the condo. This guide was compiled by our team with information and recommendations from locals created to help you get the most out of your visit to Asheville, as well as housekeeping items like building information, how to access the valet deck, and arrival and departure instructions. We welcome you to save that phone number and use it to easily communicate with us surrounding any questions or comments regarding your stay.

Parking
When you book your stay at Arras Altitude Adjustment, one of the convenient amenities we offer is valet parking at just $32 a night. You will have full access to come and go as you please. You also have the option to self-park in the city. If you are ride sharing into town, please let us know after booking so we can remove the parking charge for you. Please note that self-parking in Asheville is always first-come, first-served and the closet parking garage is right across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC hotel. Valet parking does have access to electric car charging stations; please inform the valet team upon arrival of the need to charge your vehicle. There is an additional cost to use the charging station which ranges from $10-$20.

Building Amenities
Included in your stay at Arras Altitude Adjustment is access to the building’s gym, which is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The gym is fully outfitted with Peloton bikes, leading edge treadmills, rowing machines, rogue strength and conditioning equipment, and space for yoga and stretching. To reset your muscles or to relax on your vacation, schedule an appointment at our in-house massage room, Urban Exhale Massage, conveniently located next to the gym on the 3rd floor. Please note, massage services are not included in the cost of your booking.

With amazing views, access to valet parking, our state-of-the-art gym and relaxing massage offerings, we’re here to ensure your time away from home is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. This place was truly incredible! The views were amazing. The condo was beautiful. We absolutely lived our stay here. It was a great location. Great apartment and location

The apartment was lovely with lots of nice finishes. The view was fantastic and the location was perfect. It was nice being able to ditch the car and just wander around. We didn't end up cooking but the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we would have needed had we actually cooked. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

A perfect location

This unit was perfect in every way! Location couldn’t be better for getting around in Asheville on foot. The only time we checked out our car was the trip to Biltmore. From the valet service to the abundantly furnished condo, there was not a thing we wanted or could even think of that was not provided. Plus many “extras”as well, including games, a fully (!) furnished kitchen and bath, and even a sound machine in the bedroom! A beautiful place that we have noted for a return visit!

Anniversary Getaway

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The unit was so clean, had everything we needed (plus more), and was exactly as advertised. The bed was very comfortable. We loved being able to open the windows to let in the breeze and the sounds of the city. The hotel employees were all so polite and helpful, especially the valet staff. The location was perfect. We walked to most places, and it was a very short drive to Biltmore. This unit is perfect for a couple or family with young children. It is probably not the best set up for 4 adults, as the shower area provides no privacy. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Can't recommend enough!

I stayed here for two nights with my wife and 20 month old toddler, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is right downtown and could not be better. So many great restaurants are within walking distance. The condo is beautiful and located within a nice hotel. The valet parking service was perfect and alleviated the headache of having to park elsewhere. Anytime we go back to Asheville, we definitely want to stay here. It was worth the price of admission if you can budget for it!

Great Condo and amazing location

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and it worked out perfectly. The unit is just as pictured - very clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. The building is very nice with a good restaurant on the main floor that we had breakfast at several times. As great as the unit was, the location was absolutely perfect for us. It was an easy walk to all the downtown restaurants and shops, it was great being able to leave the car parked most of the time (except when venturing out to hike). We will absolutely look to stay here again when we return to Asheville. The communication was also great with the management company. Highly recommend!

The place is very clean and safe. The unit was furnished with comfortable furnishings. It was well stocked with towels and extra sheets and blankets. If you are sensitive about noise from the street, you can hear some noise. They provide a white noise machine.

We loved our stay at the Arras Altitude Adjustment. The check-in process was quick and easy. The condo was clean with a great view of sunrise over the mountain ridges and had great amenities – coffee, laundry, local guides and dishwasher. The location made it so easy to explore downtown, South Slope, and the River Arts District – and take a quick snooze in between food and beverages :) A few of our favorite experiences: - Make sure to get a reservation at Cúrate as soon as you know you're going via their website. You can also look for last-minute openings while you're there or try to walk-in and get seated at the bar. A truly unique dining experience. - Traveling breakfast: start at The Rhu and enjoy one of the best breakfast sandwiches made with melt-in-your-mouth biscuits. Make your way down the street to La Bodega to get a Xuixo pastry (we stopped back multiple times for these). Then grab coffee at Double D's Coffee & Desserts. - Favorite bar for cocktails was The Crow & Quill. Second was Antidote at Chemist Spirits. - Ice cream sandwiches at Sunshine Sammies. - Empanada short rib at La Bodega. - Drive the Blue Ridge Parkway. We stopped at Craggy Gardens and Mt. Mitchell (highest point east of the Mississippi). Both short, easy walks from the parking lot and spectacular views. We snacked on a baguette from La Bodega for the car ride. - Biltmore was worth it – recommend going during the week to save a few $$ on admission.
