We were greeted by our friendly host Ashima upon arrival who provided a quick orientation. The lodging is in the lower level walk-out, with plenty of good light. Ideally located in Montford, easily walkable to downtown. Highly recommended.

Perfect little place for a single traveler or couple. Great location, quaint historic neighborhood convenient to downtown -walk, bike or drive. This cozy place is in a beautiful old Victorian neighborhood. We enjoyed walking past the homes, admiring the beautiful architecture and craftsmanship. Our hostess was so warm and welcoming. Lovely little place in Montford neighborhood
This is a lovely place to stay in walkable Montford, just off of downtown Asheville (which you can also walk or bus to). The owner was very nice and responsive to us, helping out with suggestions for places to eat in the area. Lovely little back porch and yard. Grocery stores and great restaurants are close, including one of the best meals we've ever had just up the street at Tall John's. We would stay here again without hesitation. In fact, we're already planning to.

We loved our stay at this Montford property while in Asheville! It was nice to have on-site parking and the house is close to several parks/greenways which allowed us to go running in the neighborhood easily. We never ended up walking downtown but it would have been an easy 20-minute walk if we had gotten the chance.

The property was as described, a nice historic neighborhood. The back patio/deck was absolutely lovely. If you enjoy birdwatching, relaxing, watching the squirrels play-there is no better place.
