Staff were very nice and it was extremely convenient to Biltmore. A few little things : Drapery and desk chair were damaged/worn. No blanket or duvet. Overall pretty good.

Nice place, good location, great price.

Nice place, good location and price. I didn't utilize any of the amenities at the hotel, so I cannot speak for anything there. I am a stickler for shower cleanliness, and the shower could have been a bit cleaner than it was - but it was way better than some places I have stayed before. The bed was comfortable. I was close to the elevator, so I was concerned about the noise at night, but I put the fan on 'auto' and it drowned out all the noise. The traffic light getting out of the property is not the fastest, so take that into consideration when you are going anywhere - be prepared to sit for a few minutes. (Not anything the hotel can do about that, but just a heads up!)

I was not expecting to pay almost $30 dollars for breakfast for myself and friend. Also told the housekeeper that we did not need new sheets in the AM but would need fresh towels. The towels were never delivered. But the desk staff were very amiable and helpful.

My first night, no shower gel inside the pump bottle. The next morning, no internet to work. But I walked to the sister hotel and they had internet, your staff told me it was an areas wide outage. The starbucks across the street had internet as well. The pictures on your website indicate there is muffins and bagels to buy for breakfast. There was nothing but coffee. This is pic is not what happened
