Check in was a disaster. First room wasn’t cleaned, then moved to a second room that the TV didn’t work, then moved to 3rd room. Person checking me in was 15 years old and seemed to have no clue on what she was doing

It smelled like marijuana in my room and outside multiple rooms walking around the property. No big deal there. The worst thing is the lack of notice of boil water advisory. There was no warning, either verbal or signage, that the advisory was still in affect here. I brushed my teeth and showered at this hotel. I only found out about the boil advisory when I asked where to get a cup of water at the front office while checking out.

Property apparently has no working phones. Been messaging and calling for days even before the hurricane hit to get a refund with no luck

We arrived during Storm Helene and we'd spent all day trying to get to the motel. We were worried that they would close & we would have to sleep in the car. Thank God, the staff were there and our room was ready, clean & comfy. The lack of power couldn't be helped !
