Not clean enough

Unfortunately, my experience atwas not satisfactory, despite the room, location, and amenities being perfect. Room Condition First Room: The initial room I was assigned was not cleaned or prepared for guests. It was evident that housekeeping had not completed their duties, and it was also not the corner room I had originally reserved. Replacement Room: After expressing my concerns, I was moved to a corner room as intended. While this room matched my reservation, it still fell short of expectations. The floor was not clean enough, and I found hairs in both the bathroom and on the bed. Service Response I reached out to the front desk to report the cleanliness issues in my replacement room. They assured me that someone would be sent to clean it, but unfortunately, no one arrived during my stay to address the problem. Conclusion While the hotel has great potential with its location and amenities, the cleanliness and service issues impacted our experience. I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

Front desk girl was not help at all. We thought that by 2 rooms it meant two bedrooms and did not want to share bedrooms with the other couple that was on my reservation. She told me that there was no more rooms available and that she gladly will cancel that reservation for me. Even though I had another room with my kids already all checked in and it was night time. We looked on Hilton website and found plenty of rooms available that after talking with (believe it or not their hotel Food manager). Very disappointed. Ended up booking under my husband George that has Hilton Honors.
