Check-in was quick. The front desk assistant was very pleasant and quickly got us checked in and into our room. Room was comfortable for my husband and I and our three kiddos. It was quiet and clean and a great place for is to stay to take a break from our travel back from Sevierville, NC.

Loved the decor- room and all around the hotel. Bright and cheery. High ceilings in rooms made them seem even more spacious. Beds are incredibly comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Breakfast had lots of selection and plenty of it. Easy access to highway.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean as well. The only negative I had, but it is a preference issue, is that the bathroom was good size with a tiny shower. I would like to have seen a larger shower. But it was very nice.

We recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Flat Rock during the first week of September 2024 and we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is very well-maintained. It is exceptionally clean, including the carpets. We had no hesitation about letting our toddler go barefoot while in the room because the floors were incredibly clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom includes a tub which is very helpful for families with small children. The staff is also so nice and helpful. The breakfast is fresh and yummy, and we even enjoyed the indoor pool. We love that this hotel is easy to get in and out of and it is nearby to fun activities like apple picking and waterfall hikes. It has become one of our most favorite hotels to stay with our kids because it is so family friendly and most importantly- clean!

Property easy exit off I-26. Beautiful lobby area. Friendly staff. Pillows not great. Beds comfortable. Only drawback is NO local restaurants deliver to this hotel. After a long drive we had intended to just order in. We ended up going back out to Cracker Barrel nearby. My husband and I are seniors and my husband is using a walker so that’s why this was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel. We would stay again.

The hotel is not bad. Rooms are clean and the included breakfast is very good. The problem was that a large group was having a party in the lobby/breakfast area. Our room was near the lobby, and the loud crowd and their loud music booming until 1am made getting a good nights sleep impossible. There is no way the hotel should allow that kind of noise so late.

Room and bathroom were larger than anticipated. Felt new and clean. I was parched from the drive and was surprised to see a water station with fresh lemon and lime slices at the check in area. It was a nice touch that I appreciated.
