Easy access to downtown Asheville & friendly staff. The bathroom had odd faucet placement at the corner of the sink that caused water to get everywhere every time the sink was used.

Overall it was great. Two minor issues were that we had three people on our reservation and only two towels in the room and the bathroom faucet is so small and close the the edge of the sink that’s it’s impossible not to get water all over the counter when washing your hands.

Staff was extremely friendly. We were so surprise about the friendliness of all the visitors which was no control of the property. But, it was a great experience. The property was conveniently located for shopping and dinning.
