Valet Parking was not listed on the hotel information sheet where the pet fee is listed, you have to go to an embedded informational page on parking and transportation. The booking site listed parking "on-site" which did not list a fee. The 3 other guests that also checked in during my time in the lobby did not know of the added fee so this is so misleading and I will be visiting again and will not stay at your establishment because of the added parking fee. I paid for the breakfast and our Saturday morning service was so slow, a waiter came to our table 3 times to ask if we have ever been served. We waited about 15plus minutes just to get a menu. The waitress brought our juice and RAN back to the bar to get straws and could not multiple task and think about what was needed for a drink. We did give them another chance on Sunday and sat waiting for menus that we decided we could not go through that wait again and left to purchase another meal while on the road.

There was trash left in my room. Under the bed was empty food wrappers and water bottles. The carpet was dirty with debris also. Staff was amazing but need to work on the valet parking. It took over 30 minutes to get my car and I was late for a conference with my boss.

I was worried about walking at 10pm from the Harrahs auditorium. Very safe! Clean and nice hotel. Staff is amazing just note that valet parking is an additional fee of $32
