The rental unit was beautiful and spacious. The location was wonderful. Our primary complaint was the noise levels. There is a restaurant/bar below and another rental unit above. The group staying above us was playing loud music and stomping around until 3 AM each night which was very disturbing

Great Location
Spacious loft space with all necessities provided in a great location central to all Asheville has to offer. Host was excellent at communication. Asheville is a city and as such there is typical city noise. If you are sensitive to that I would suggest using noise cancelling headphones or a white noise app. Had an amazing time.

Excellent location
Property was very clean and very large! Plenty of room, especially in the master sweet. There is a lot of natural light, which is amazing, but also is very bright in the mornings, so make sure to close the blinds fully before going to sleep! Vrbo’s computer system had a glitch so I didn’t get checkin instructions, but the host was very responsive and sent me the information within minutes of my message!

Awesome location, beautiful decor with tons of space for everyone and several wonderful touches. Slightly noisy on the weekends, but the provided noise machines really drown it out

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. City music and noise doesnt bother us, just part of staying in a great location downtown. House was well appointed and pleased that there was a bluetooth speaker to use as well. Parking on the lower level of rankin garage made unloading and loading so easy. The place is bright, light and comfortable.

Nice Interior But…
This apartment is located above a bar and is so unbelievable loud it’s like you’re IN the bar. Also the window coverings in the bedrooms do virtually nothing to block the light. Parking is off site and expensive. While the apartment is large, well-appointed and comfortable the noise situation is intolerable.

Beautiful, great location, but LOUD
The condo is beautiful, exactly as pictured, and the location is great -- right downtown within walking distance to everything. The problem is that this condo is directly over a VERY loud bar that is open until 2 am. If you are in the front master bedroom, unless you have a special power to sleep through anything, it is almost impossible to sleep until 2 or 2:30am. Also, above you is another rental condo and you can hear every move they make since it is a loft with exposed ceilings and not much insulation. All in all, I would not book again unless I went back in time and was the age where I didn't plan on sleeping until 2am anyway!

Great Stay
This spot was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. The pictures do not do the rental justice. It was absolutely beautiful! The location was walking distance to the spots we wanted to visit (mostly for food and drinks). The only area for improvement is the noise in the master, you can hear everything at night.
